The children of wonder

Sometimes on a rainy day
As the breeze of the sea
Pushes through my mind
A sad piano plays a circular tune
That holds time still.
My breath flows in and out
and all is perfect.
Each thought merges
without altering a single thing.
Its not something
that can be forced.
Its more like I’ve seen
The universal heart sing
What a blessing to behold.
But this cannot be owned
Because it is every bodies.
How awesome.
Yet many do not know.
Cause were taught
We must outgrow
The child of wonder.
Be a serious adult.
Forget the sand castles
or playing in the snow.
Tell you what ,
of all that negative programming
I let go.
See you in the flow.

I was a babysitter in my late teens.
I taught my niece to play "take over the world!"
First... I'd build her a fort out of sofa cushions and give her a piece of paper and a crayon.
There she would lay out her diabolical plans... while I read my book.

Then Nintendo 64 came out.
