Gordi my birth certificate doesn't tell you that my Nordic ancestors ransacked the Isles and stole lovely Scottish and Irish maidens.
Perhaps I spell Whisky with an "e" but I cried when I saw the coast of Scotland.

I'm digging deep in the bag 'o tricks for this one but, has anyone had pizza omelets?

So, the idea is...you have leftover pizza from your drunken party as you stumble around hungover and starving the next day.

Break the eggs (as usual per omelet recipe) then rake all of toppings onto the omelet and voila!!!!

Works best with a pizza with EVERYTHING!!!!

YUMMY!!!
Oh, and beer, beer goes good with it also!
