How are y'all doing today? It's raining here, dark and gloomy...but it's Friday the 13th (which I've always liked), and I had a dream that I won some money. There is a lottery draw tonight so I'm getting a ticket.

I'm sick of being all stressed out and grumpy so today I shall think sunny, positive thoughts.
If that doesn't work I'm buying booze.

It is breast chicken in a bread crumb and parmesan with salt , pepper and fresh parsley coating.

Normally with a bolognese sauce and melted cheese. ( Chicken Parmagiana )

However there is more than enough cheese on the vege. Bake ... 😎
