After a long battle in Balenor, I retuned right to the stairs in font of the door here. "hi all", I say. "I am going to sleep." As I grab a bottle of water off of the bar. I take a big sip and put the top back on. I put it on a tiny, round amtique table by the chaise. I am so glad no one is sitting on it. I grab the blanket that is on it and situate the pillows. One big one under my head, made of silk and one under my feet, round and made of velvet.

I lay down and pull the blanket over me, Then I realize I am missing something.

"Moxie?? Moxie??" I call out. Suddenly, a huge cat bounds through the room and jumps on me, almost as if it were a medium sized dog. Moxie stands on me purring and drooling, while I scratch her neck. I hear at least one person say "That is a big cat."

I fall aseep with Moxie on my chest,

Well, BIG FUN this morning!

There is a farmers field directly opposite the front of my house, next to the local primary school.
The field is currently full of sheep and their newborn lambs....

This morning I awakened to find that several (7, I think) Lambs had managed to find a gap in the fence... got out onto the road, then wandered into the school playground / carpark!

The teachers and pupils were due to arrive in just over an hour.... The Ewe's (sheep mums!) were BLEATING like crazy...
The school caretaker stood with her hands by her head... stepping left... then right... looking up at the school... looking over at the farm... struggling to work out what to do. (Cars and Lambs don't mix very well!)

So, BigG donned his Superhero underpants, gathered his grandads old shepherd crook from the back of the cupboard and spent the next 15 minutes chasing lambs around the school grounds!!

(That is my formal statement your honour...
)

Finally managed to catch them all, one by one. Then Chrissie put them back through the gap to rejoin the mums (after letting the school caretaker and my boys pet one!).
I then closed the gap in the fence with an old wooden pallet!

Job Done.

This new shed of ours seems to be in an exciting place! LOL

(Oh - PS... just found out that my eldest (Callum) managed to video most of the rescue on his phone!
I'll try and get a copy off him when he gets home from school!!)

Morning all.

My head is a bit fuzzy this morning, what happened last night?

Time for a walk in the unseasonal chill and blow them cobwebs away.

Hehe, can't wait to see this footage!

eta:
I'll be honest.. In my head I am picturing it like one of those old black and white films. With a fine Sir Gordi running around at high speed, chasing little sheep, little sheep chasing him in the next scene, Gordi falls over onto his butt, everyone laughs, and then all the sheep appear back in their enclosure

Gordi, you need to put the Benny Hill theme onto it!!

That is how I see it, minus the ladies in various states of undress.
