The woman who was at the head of the lawsuit over the Flint Water Scandal was found shot to death along with another person and a child injured in their home. Just like the d.c. madam and gary webb of the c.i.a. drug dealing scandal, this woman who stood up to the powers that be conveniently dies! disgusting!

if this is connected, i do hope that we the people make damn sure that those responsible are brought to justice!

Hah, sounds like those needing justice are busy covering their ass, shifting blame, shredding paper, scapegoating, and now murder of witnesses.

People think the gubment hasn't turned into a stylized mob organization.

Theres your sign… they must be watching movies like Good Fellas and Casino too much.

From your title I thought it was an "assassination of character" for some politician caught up in this, I see that I was dead wrong. If it's connected OR NOT, I hope they find this dirtbag. THey currently have one person in custody but no charges have been filed (other developments may have happened since it was published)

Also, here's another source (BET)

Oh, you wait. It is going to get even uglier here in MI over this. People and papers are going to misplaced. And we taxpayers are going to pay many millions, to the victims, thanks to corrupt politicians that didn't care to fix the problem, when it was first known.

Which was a long time ago. Don't think they didn't know what switching the water would do.

(The victims do deserve money, it just never should have come to this!)

Unless this is just some oddball assassination, a big spotlight needs to be shined down upon the government officials and the companies involved in the Flint water crisis. If this wasn't politically motivated, it sure is one hell of a coincidence.

Looks like a normal black on black crime. Money , drugs or both. Normal in the Flint area.

The other guy died of an OD or heart attack they aren't saying for sure. He was from Otter Lake and well I know the area quite well so an OD is possible.

So his article from VC just popped up on me facebook feed so instead of researching i took the lazy way out...but the truth is out there.

This is not simply a water cleanliness issue. It is about allowing parts of America to devolve into toxic cesspools, where problems are “solved” with underhanded police-state tactics. In the span of a few weeks, crucial files mysteriously disappeared from the Flint city hall, the Water Treatment Plant Foreman died suddenly at age 43 and a woman leading the lawsuit against Flint was murdered in her home.

I know VC is..well, VC...but this is all pretty much true.

Sucks to see home in the national spotlight. reply to: mikell

just listing two examples off the top of my head of people who had the "goods" on the powers that be. should have included the man who died in a plane crash who was going to testify about the "weird" election problems in florida in 2000 as well. the faa said his plane had run out of fuel, yet the plane exploded in a fire ball. how can that happen when there is no fuel?
