Oh come on Guys!

A little creativity is all that is needed.

I get the problem ... the third leg is in the way!

Understandable problem.

Learn macrame!

Hang the sucker of a laptop from the ceiling, so it just hangs out right where you want it.

Forget the damn floor.

The force is with you.

Try the ceiling Luke, the ceiling! Use the Force!

That idea has great merit.

If only the ceiling light was a little closer I could hang it off that.

Damn you, you've really got me thinking of the possibilities now. But they all include more work and jumping around for me

oh yes, i know this feeling very well. My favourite is when you make a guess of how much time it will take to complete a seemingly simple task. Before you know it, the standard 20 minutes you estimated has long past and now your about to hit the 2 hour mark lol.
I bought my kids a play ground for the back yard. All wood, pre drilled holes, a little bit larger than most. But i said oh i can have that banged out before noon, and the kids can be playing on it by lunch. Next thing i know im using a head lamp to piece this stupid thing together and the kids have long gone to bed.
Stupid estimations...

I wonder if you were following the instructions?

Because that's guaranteed to add hours to a job

I've learned to expect and accept that everything will cost more and take longer than I thought it would.

(Have any of you seen those tax forms with the 20 minute estimate? Six hours later...)
