Water should be free for anyone wishing to drink the stuff. LoL

Looks to me like the race was over judging by the empties left lying by the side of the road and the water was surplus to requirements. More Daily Fail BS.

The water was being given away for free. Mob swarms - media captures pic and captions “ black people stealing petty possessions “

If it’s on the news - there is a political agenda at play 90% of time !

There is something about this story that doesn't smell right.

Added to which, the Marathon this year made a big deal about using those "environmentally friendly" water sac things rather than bottles - and all the water in the article appears to be bottles?
