Bathroom laws, Gun laws, Porn laws.

Bathroom laws target transgendered.
Gun laws target law abiding gun owners.
Porn laws? hahahaha Almost everyone.

There are already laws against molestation, rape, and murder.

these three though, target freedoms and individual liberties.

Gun laws, obvious second Amendment, Porn laws, first Amendment. Bathroom laws? Rights to privacy. (5th or 14th?)

It interesting that I see some are for one or two, but not three. But it's not the same two. I've also seen a few, very few that are against all three. I'd like to think that I was one of those very few.

Two of these laws are from conservatives, and of course the left do loves them their gun control!

But this should illustrate that both left and right want to remove freedoms and liberties.

It's the government that is trying to remove our rights. Not any specific partisan group.

Anyone who is pro-government, should be ashamed of themselves.

In my opinion.

Yeah, I'm just waiting to read about the transgender who is strapped to the bone and is addicted to porn that wants to use the 'other' potty? Then read that they feel persecuted..

I'll give it till Tuesday..

All the while each party has come out and said "Your vote doesn't really count as there are some new rules that came forward at our annual meeting... But We will use Your $$$ to pay for it..." Then have the acolytes from each party attack folks from the other party as if there is a difference...

Your first sentence makes no sense at all. Why would a group of politicians want to remove your rights. What motive might they have as just politicians. How would that benifit them personally? How would they gain? But put back the partisan groups into the equation with the financial motive, then I can understand a motive for members of the government.

And this anti-government concept also seems bereft serious thought. Are you speaking of this corporate owned and operated government that controls US for the benefit of the corporate state? Then I agree. But if you are talking about government in general then I disagree. The big problem with our government is that we the people let our government be taken from us by the sweet smiling corporate shill masters. They said trust us and we did. We gave up our own governance in favor of the market place.

So yeah, I am in favor of government. Our, government. We the peoples government. Not the government of Coke and Pepsi.

That government that you support no longer exists.

The govt that actually supports We The People has been a myth for decades. I honestly don't know what got them started, be it a love of money or power or both, but they have sold us out to gain it. One thing I know for sure, They are afraid of us. Otherwise, why all the 3 letter agencies that constantly invade our lives and every time I hear "Homeland" I can't help think "Fatherland".
I may not see it in my life time or it may be next week, but The People are getting tired of this sh** and it ain't gonna be pretty when it breaks wide open.

I'm against all three, as well.

More evidence, as if any more were needed, that many of the thought processes of "left" and "right" are virtually identical. It's all about power to the govt., one way or another.

The more power that the government has, the less the people will have.

There is no way that freedoms will increase with more (idiotic) laws.

Exactly!

Smaller the govt, the more freedom folks will have.

I'm against all three, but some gun owners (mostly the crazed militia types) certainly don't do the argument any favors.

Yeah, OP's post definitely. Oh, hi! Been lurking for a LONG time but back on topic, you only need to look at the confluence of events so to speak to realize this country's in trouble. everyone's to busy fighting with everyone to direct their "attention" to those responsible. It really does amaze me until I remember this is the U.S. we are talking about.

I don't understand how political party's have so much control over our election's. George Washington warned us but we didn't listen.

Problem is now what do we do about it? Everyone is complaining about it, but there is only one candidate that is running to fix the obvious problems. Bernie Sanders

I've wondered what we could do as well. Only thing I came up with was a unified nationwide strike and protests demanding the repeal of every invasive law that's brought us to this point and immediate accountability of elected officials and the fed. I know, it will never happen, but I can dream.

"The best government is that which governs least" is what Thoreau said. Annd you know i love me some Thoreau.

I own too many guns to be against gun control

i like nekkie's too much to be against porn

But California cops will still have pistols with 15 round removable magazines, and they can stroll through areas marked 'Gun Free Zone'.
And..... so will the gang members.

But you, laying out hard-earned cash for a quality handgun.... well, you will be the newest criminal.... if you keep it.
