What about Brien, Harte, he might be doing worthwhile work.

This guy? www.ancient-origins.net...

He's had the kind of education that any of your high school teachers had. They could make films, too... but they don't have the kind of education that Einstein or Tesla had.

Foerster has participated in some interesting projects, but he didn't go beyond what was needed for the project/book/film. I like high school teachers, but if I want to know something about archaeology they aren't the people I'd turn to.

there was a race upon the earth that was actually red, the hadiths books from shi'ite islam say that the ancient turks had red faces that looked like shields,

... but the hadiths were written thousands of years later. The Roman writers alive at that time report that people from the area looked like everyone else.

while the ancient egyptians apparrently would cover themselves in red orchre which is a lie they were actually red skinned,

They were the same color as everyone else. In art, they used red color to indicate that the person in the painting was male (they always used yellow for females.)

the minoans upon the ancient greeks meeting them said that they looked eternally sun burnt

...which is very strange, because the Minoans are Greeks.

and the meaning of phoenician actually mean red as well so theres a blatent cover-up a to the appearance of some ancient cultures because we would realize that humanity is far more diverse than we originally thought. The reason they are covered up is because we would actvely look for remanences of this ancient race and the modern day equivalent of these people ... lets say are not from here. As for neanderthals slightly off topic who were they if there are human aliens out there, have a think on that one...

Or it could be that the websites where you got your information were written by people who had a lot of enthusiasm and imagination but didn't know much about the subject -- as you can tell.

I don't think anything is being covered up I just think whoever taught you history is wrong. Your comparing things from different time periods and for some weird reason didn't know the Minoans are greek. So I'd find it really strange they would say they looked sun burnt since we'll they were the same color. Can I give you some advice? When you read some claim off a website look into it and see if it was even possible. They use the excuse it's hidden etc but you can still rake a critical look at the time period they are discussing. This will rule out a lot of stupidity.

If by red you simply meant brown with a reddish taint, then yeah, we know them as "Red Bones" in the U.S and the Caribbean while In Africa tribes or ethnic groups maybe divided into Red and Black such as the Ibos, the Red Khoisan and Batwa, Red and Black Fulani ,Red and Black Tuareg , but these are just variation of shades of Brown ppl sometimes collectively called Black within the context of Africa and it's diaspora, there is no "Red" race.
Inscription of Ezana, King of Axum, c. 325 CE

Through the might of the Lord of All I took the field against the Noba /Nubians/ when the people of Noba revolted, when they boasted and "He will not cross over the Takkaze," said the Noba, when they did violence to the peoples Mangurto and Hasa and Barya, and the Black Noba waged war on the Red Noba and a second and a third time broke their oath and without consideration slew their neighbors and plundered our envoys and messengers whom I had sent to interrogate them, robbing them of their possessions and seizing their lances.

Red and Black Kush ites or Noba.

Red Beninites over coming Black Yoruba foes.

Red Ibos known to both Africans and Jamaicans.

The Jamaican example of the red and black Ibos.

Red ochre is a very ancient form of cosmetics still in use along the Nile and as far south as the Limpopo rivers and Southern Africa and the ancient Kemitians certainly did make use of it.

The Prophet Mohamed reportedly said this:

"Fear Allah - Fear Allah concerning the black-skinned, kinky-haired People of the Black Soil (People of Egypt) who are under your protection! Verily they are your relatives.

" الله الله في أهل الذمة ، أهل المدرة السوداء السحم الجعاد فإن لهم نسبا وصهرا

it is related
that Ibn Abbas said: The children of Sam settled in the center of the Earth which is between Satidma to the ocean and what is between Yemen to Sham. Allah gave them prophethood and He gave them the Divine Books and He made them beautiful and He made them very dark-skinned and He also made them abyad. The children of Ham settled in the Southern Areas and in Al-Dabbour. This area is called Al-Daaroum. Allah made them very dark-skinned and He made some of them abyad. Allah populated their land and filled their sky and he relieved them of the plague and He put on their land tamarisk trees, evergreen trees, apple of Sodom trees, ghaf trees, and date palm trees. The sun and the moon pass through their sky. The children of Japheth settled in Al-Safoun in the Northern Areas and in Al-Sabaa. They are light-skinned and very fair-skinned… ************************************************************************************************************ Satidma: Satidma is the mountain range between the Mediterranean and the Indian Ocean. Sham: Sham is Greater Syria, comprising modern Syria, Lebanon, Israel, the Palestinian Territories and Jordan. Al-Daaroum: Al-Daaroum is south of Gaza in Palestine on the way to Egypt.

The above is not so different from what we know of Christian literature.
People ancient and modern often have local conception of different shades in comparison to their closest neighbors or even family members, sometimes in Arab lands people of mixed ancestry are called green, but there are no such thing as green men, not without some medical issues.

I think all calendars are so much the same because they all are from the same source. Also its kinda strange alot of ancient civilizations used the same measurement tool.

en.wikipedia.org...

And the palm (unit) is kinda funny since it relies on 4 fingers...

Its also funny that a lot of ancient cultures used base 10, for the same reason. There's no mystery here, to make a connection here you are ignoring the vast majority of cultures that didn't use the cubit and also ignoring the fact that all of those who did use the cubit were in trade contact with each other and mostly all lived around the Mediterranean.

You maybe were thinking because they all called it the cubit, that might means something. Well they didn't do that either, cubit is a modern word for their measuring tool. Its based on the Latin word for elbow

Yes... the cycle of the Moon. It's the same across the globe, no matter where you live.

Well, you've got four fingers and a thumb on your hand... and the palm IS the width of four fingers. And a cubit is a forearm's length.

How else would you explain measurements to a group of people who didn't have modern tools? In the past they used steps and parts of the body.... body parts that we all have in common.

Truth be told,if they could construct those giant elaborate buildings, making a ship would be child's play,I'm sure there was contact for thousands of years, but doesn't fit in mainstream ,so you get your generic answers

There's a difference between making cargo boats to sail up and down a river and making a boat to navigate the ocean. Boats that navigate the ocean need moveable sails so they can tack with the wind. The Egyptians didn't have those... they didn't do much foreign trade (though they did get foreign tribute) by water. They had a huge overland caravan network, though.

The Phoenicians were the first to have that because they did long-distance trading around the Mediterranean around 1200 BC.

Well it depends on what era we are talking about, for while they were no match for the Phoenicians and even the Minoans they did not suck at this and could hold their own, as time went by they did in fact adopt techniques from their Phoenician neighbors, there was also a Pax Aegyptiaca beginning with Thutmose III where they were able to bully much of the Med with a mixture of their own fleets as well as the Phoenicians who were now their vassal, however they did outsourced much of their overseas trade to the Phoenicians.

On the river, yes. Ocean, no.

Right... about 1200 BC. They weren't known as long-distance voyagers, though. The Greeks and Phoenicians had them outclassed. The Egyptians were better at other things.
