Just a little thought....

What's everyones favourtie dinner? Whether it be your mum's sunday roast or fish and chips from the chippy down the road, let me know.....

I think mine would have to be anything with pasta and salad. I'm not one for a big hot dinner..... I'm full up just by looking at them.

Ah its easy!

What u need: 1lb mince, 1 onion, curry powder, 4 eggs,
peanuts and lemon juice.

How: chop the onions and fry until browned..add the curry powder (about 1tsp) and mix well. Add mince and brown that until cooked; Crush peanuts, add with lemon juice and give a big stir.
Crack one egg into the mince and onion mix and stir frantically as you don't want the egg to set...only to bind the mixture together.

Once that is done, take off the heat and get out your oven dish and put on oven at about Gas mark 6 (?oF)

Okay....make up some scramble egg mix with the left over eggs.
Put the mince mixture into the oven dish and spoon out evenly, then pour over the egg mixture and put in oven for 20-30 minutes or until egg is cooked and browned!

Thats it...not hard....ust my typing today is a little bit frantic...kinda freakin at the moment!!!!

Enjoy!

for me it has just got to be a sunday roast:

Roast beef or roast pork or roast chicken

with:

roast potatoes

small helping mash potatoe

Yorkshire pudding

sage & onion stuffiing (rolled into a ball and roasted)

brussel sprouts (baby ones)

garden peas

runner beans

cauliflour

swede/carrots (mashed together with salt/pepper and butter)

with lots of thick gravy

its the only meal I do enjoy cooking on a Sunday, but if I do a roast in the week, for some strange reason, it just doesnt taste the same?

oh yes! every now and then I get cocktail sausages wrap them in streaky bacon and roast them as well!

so thats my favourite meal!

WHAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanna come home!!!!!!

You know what i'm eating for the next 5 days!!!!

Chicken and mushroom pasta, Beef stew and dumps, chocolate pud, treacle pud and custard, onion and chicken soup, Lancs Hotpot, etc etc etc....

It normally takes a good couple of hours to cook these things to perfection..no.....it takes 3 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!

God....hate ratpacks...I HATE THEM!!!!!!!

Anyone who has ever eaten one...you know my pain (or the pain my stomach will be in!!!!)

Oh Pocket...you can't really taste the lemon as it is only used to seal the eggs!
