What year is it anyway? Also, are the side exhausts an extra or part of the original? Either way it's a sexy car.

I prefer my older cars. Had a 1980 Ford Sierra Cosworth (saloon, not hatchback), a 1985 Mercedes e300 and others from the 80s. My ideal car is a 79 (year of birth), MG B GT.

Schuyler, are you sure you were on a boat or trying to see if your corvette could make it across the Puget Sound!

It's ten miles and 1,000 feet deep. Maybe if I had a Z06?

(That picture is just heart-breaking!)

1964 327/365 4 speed. The side pipes are not original so they came off when I did the restoration.

Laguna Blue is fabulous and I'm seriously bummed they discontinued it. I'm in the market for a '17 later this year.

The rear diffuser in the more recent corvettes as well as the gen5 camaro are flat black plastic.

My opinion is it looks great.

My other opinion is, a gen5 2014 SS/RS 1LE is far better looking, drives like a mans car, and can run nose to nose with all but the most exotic new Corvettes. And at half the price.

But I am biased.

I noticed that. Your vehicle looks a lot stronger than the C3 model, even though they were all light cars.
The C3 that Bill Bixby drove was a bit of Oh dear! There used to be an opening sequence in either 'The Magician' or 'The Hulk' where he slams to a halt, locking the brakes, and the whole car was shuddering and shaking from front to back, I thought nice looking car, but no thanks!

I had a Stag at the time, it was a good one, and I was happy with that.

Probably the side pipes. It makes the car look beefier and a bit more intimidating. Either way, I think the Mid Year Corvettes are some of the best looking cars ever to come out of Detroit.
