I like to shoot videos of the wild life in my yard. here are some of them.

I'm in the process of filming several nature films, I should be finished by the end of summer when i have accumulated enough video to make a good go of it.

I knew there had to be some type of squirrels around! What kind of bird are the little yellow ones?
Great little videos, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to your big production

As you can see I have a little bandit myself. Actually a whole family, but they take turns pretty well for the most part!

Enjoy

A Great Blue Heron:

Sweet pics; this bird is actually an American Bittern, a reclusive marsh bird. Really awesome shot.

I have been so lucky, or blessed to be getting what seems to be a new bird in my yard almost daily now. I guess there is a good vibe going on they like, or word is getting out about the free food!

Anyhow, this one flew in with a white cowbird today, but is actually much larger. Have no idea what it is. Someone else perhaps may know?

Little Blue Heron...beautiful bird.

We covered that already.

It's a pterodactyl.

Hello Onehuman,

The macro shots were taken on a Canon EOS-1d Mark III using a 100mm f/2.8 L Macro IS USM . The others I used a Nikon D700 or D800 (Not sure).

I don't use any physical filters. I prefer to capture the image as natural as possible. Sometimes the use of software filters are added, but not often.

Now this is definitely a thread I can get behind!

*David Attenborough voice* ...and here we see a unique male homo sapien that has left the comfort of his nest and ventured into an unfamiliar environment that seems to have "overwhelmed" him, to say the least - although the exact nature as to why he has "marked" himself is unknown, it is thought to be a way to attract the attention of other females.

Owls seem to like him, when he was on a kindergarten trip to the same place,a huge horned owl flew onto his arm and posed for a pic,i must try and find that one also. Around the start of May when i have more time,i will find the tiger pics and the other owl pics. I have some more captures of zeebs too.
