PLEASE HELP; not news (moved from ATSNN)

THIS IS NOT A NEWS SUBMITTION,
but a desperate plea for help...
I am a registered member, CazMedia and am having serious internet problems recieving emails....i have tried to use the forgot password function like a million times but dont recieve any email responce to get a new password to log in with....i also tried to create a new user account named mediaman using my work email [email protected], but again didnt get a reply...ive tried from both home and work.

I have also clicked on the contact ats link but it wont find the page....

can you please forward this message to the person there that can try to directly email me a new password for cazmedia to either [email protected], or to [email protected] so that i can log into ATS again...

I know this is a desperate move but im going into ats withdrawls...LOL Im not sure what i can do to correct my internet situation or contact ATS staff more directly than this, which seemed to be the only link working for me.
I also understand there is no way to get a responce to this from you guys, as well as this being outside the normal protocall and security for members accounts.
How can i prove this is me??? Hmmm
hasnt this been long winded enough like most of my posts?...LOL
anything you can do would be appreciated.

For future reference.....
in a subsequent email from CazMedia, he said I was his favorite moderator and that he wanted to vote me for "best mod ever."
Next time he gets out of line, someone get my attention and I'll try to reel him in. Use this # to our advantage here.
