As for reading the books? I've lost count. Love the story. Love the use of language. I wish I could write like that, then I'd call myself a writer...

I'd still love to see a live action version of the Macross series from Robotech.

I think it'd be incredible. Just have to modernize the Veritechs a bit. (and cast it properly)

Would even lend itself to an entire movie trilogy.

First film = finding and rebuilding the SDF1, facing the Zentraedi, and leaving Earth
Second film = the way back to Earth (including the Mars base, etc.)
Third film = battle for Earth, aftermath

Could then do likewise for other Robotech entries, like the Southern Cross and the Invid.

I'd love to see a live action update of Cyborg 009, but super-powered teenager teams seem to be a dime a dozen lately.

As far as Saturday morning cartoons go, Gargoyles. I think the prologue bits set in Scotland would translate really well and they could do amazing things with Xanatos and his Steel Clan.

5) I actually liked the movie version Space Battleship Yamato from 2010, regarding of how the series were. I don't believe Hollywood could do it better.

I liked reading Storm
The anime version of Aladdin wasn't to bad either.

Robotech is my vote.


Mine too.

Tried watching it recently but it has become so dated.


Current favorite is Gundam Seed, and Gundam Seed Destiny.( pretty cheesy)
