Not really, the iranians have been protesting for years, it just gets louder every few, i remember a few years ago there was a huge pro-democracy march in tehran.

It would be much more complex if they did become a democracy because we know uncle sam would try to get some of the credit and by credit i mean oil.

not to mention that iraq and the israel, palestine conflict, and so many other conflicts which the cia/mossad created, have nothing to do with american people, and everything to do with bankers and industrialists and satan/moloch.

I think the answer to the justification question is this.

1. People who want to justify the aggression on Iraq will look to dozens of reasons to justify it, some relevant, some not so relevant.

2. People who are focused on the corruption in the Bush administration, and the lies (knowingly used false and fabricated evidence of clear and present danger of WMDs) that were used to justify the aggression on Iraq, won't accept any justification.

I don't see Americans ever being united again until the stench of this administration's corruption is cleared and 'dignity is restored to the Whitehouse', to use a phrase I heard somewhere.

I absolutely reject the concept of "democracy" and "freedom" as nakedly false phantoms of the West. Who would ever want to be "free" when they could instead live in the glorious order and sanctified grace of Sharia?

I should hope so. I would also hope that we wouldn't ever ignore them or turn our backs on them like we did and do to the Shia and Kurdish populations.
