Trump may be somewhat of a POS, but at least he doesn't deny and deflect - he owns it. Hillary and/or Cruz or/(insert mystery GOP conservative puppet) would just be more of the same s#%^ different day.

When Trump bails on this campaign...then you will see exactly what a POS you have put your trust in.

It's just a matter of time until Trumps Kimono blows open and you will be privy to his lies.

I do not agree with the RNC and convention rules at all. However, for the Republicans to get into the White House we have to go through this ordeal of a convention. Then the best thing we can do for America is get behind the person who will be running against Hillary. We need to energize every Republican, Liberal, and Democratic voter to vote Republican weather it is Trump or Cruz. We can not allow Hillary and the Democrats to take control of the White House for another 4 years.

Um... Where have you been? Trump doesn't cop to any faults the media points out. He just says that the media is out to get him or he'll just straight up deny he ever said what was said whenever they point out a lie or one of his inconsistencies.

well Krazysh0t...I still say it's all that lead-tainted drinking water, in all of those old dilapidated water systems located around America, particularly in the south and back east.

It's too late. This election has been over for quite some time, in my opinion.

You said

Who or what would be on each side? Trump supporters against who? Liberals? Mexicans? Democrats? People that wear glasses? People that have nice haircuts? who?

Not Trump supporters. It should be anyone with Republican leanings or thought that they wanted to vote for the GOP nominee this year. That is side one. I am not on the opposite side of any voter. You choose who you want. That is your right. It is not my right to tell you who to vote for or treat you different for it.

The other side would be the current in place politicians without the balls to stand up to party leadership and say hey assholes we have a good chance with someone if we play our cards right instead of shooting ourselves in the foot before the marathon begins to November.

I don't care about your religion...your sexuality...you income...your race...but you made sure to define it in your response.

If someone had a gun to your head and they said vote for one of the four (kasich does not count) left you would vote for who?

Politicians are the new ruling class.

Our "representative republic" has mutated into a two-tiered system.

We are not citizens, we are subjects.

Best just to obey and not rock the boat. Don't want to have the IRS or any other government agency sent to you.

geez, DB....you sound like you are in your underground bunker, with a bag of cheese puffs and RC cola, in your PJ's, hunched over your brightly lit monitor, hoping for the shooting to start....relax big guy, you are in a state of, (what I like to call) "paranomics"...which is paranoia of our government, combined with your own personal economic fears of becoming poor.

But they are out to get me.

The neighbors squirrels told me so.

It's great for him. Not so much for the rest of the people living in the country who he will be stepping on and is currently stepping on (his supporters) to achieve this.

I'll take your prediction of the future as just that. Frankly, I'm not even sure what would lead one to make such a prediction. As I take it from his detractors, passing judgements regarding his motives, his mental states, his behaviour etc.—all made from the easy chair without having met the man—is sufficient evidence of this dystopian future.

Yeah, ya know....cause the people standing up to point out institutionalized racism in America are the racist ones.

So, the people being racist aren't actually racist ... it's the people who point out racism that are the racist ones.

Interesting logic.

La Raza is racist. BLM is racist and has proven it time and time again.

Is it you holding the gun to my head? Is that a threat bro?

One of the Four.....

Gov. Gary Johnson, a personal friend and ex boss; I'm still a registered Libertarian and worked for Gov. Gary's media pool during the last go round, even though you seem to want to paint me into a Liberal corner because I despise Trump. You didn't exactly say which four.

But I could vote for the socialist Bernie, depending on what he reveals in his future platform. Free stuff sounds nice...

So what?

It has always been like this with the GOP , the DNC nominates its candidates too.

You think just because your chosen one Trump is there, that it should change? Are you upset because hes not getting special treatment?

Abandon principles much? Because if thats not the case you should have been screaming every election they do this.

The last time there was this big of a split within the Republican party, the Progressive Party was formed.

That's right. The original Progressives were disgruntled Republicans.

A threat...funny. Free stuff is nice but there is no such thing as a free meal. Ever. Someone is paying for it and it is not always the rich.

Based on Bernies economic plan I would pay 15k more in taxes. With Trumps plan I save 6k. That is a 20k spread to be betting on. Think about that. Currently I already pay about 20% each year in taxes..that is before health insurance.

As far as Johnson, I think he actually polled higher than Bush a few times that that it was that hard but....

My condolences about the tax deal. I don't pay taxes...."Taxes are for the little people." remember who said that?

Creative accounting and ....

Depreciation
Expensing
Amortization
Depletion

perhaps you should incorporate.

God I hope those Panama Papers don't rat me out!

But they could put Trump in a terrible position....just sayin....strange the timing eh?

the guy is just being realistic. many trump supporters dont seem to have any problem saying theyre voting trump because theyre unhappy with the modern republican party. its okay to call it what it is, its a mutiny. the guy has a point, rather than just standing by and allowing trumpers to turn the party of lincoln into an openly twisted fasciest monster, hes just saying if you dont like the party get out. maybe they should take the hint.

now might be a good time for this unhappy rebellious faction of former republicans to really make a new party and either succeed or fail on their own rather than riding the coattails of the gop.

If trump bails Sanders will win by a landslide.

And the GOP will be dead. The DNC as well if they push for Clinton.

The end is nigh mofos!

I just emailed most of my representatives, who happen to be all Republicans, and told them exactly how I feel. I included a pledge that if the RNC goes against the will of the people at convention, I will change to Independent and never vote for another Republican.

ETA: yeah yeah I know, they don't care.
But... maybe if enough people did that, they might think about it at least.

I did too...what is crazy is many established people, or offices, are not wanting to choose sides till the convention. Anyone who cannot commit now I would not trust.

That is how I feel about a lot of those who are scared to ride the wave till it happens.

Aug 2015 - Trump will be out by September
Dec 2015 - Trump will not last through the next few debates and will drop out
Feb 1, 2016 - Iowa goes to Cruz. Is it the jinx or was trump blowing hot air?
Feb 9, 2016 - Win NH with three times the votes of Cruz
Super Tuesday - BOOM!
Second Super Tuesday - BOOM!
17 states to 8. This is a good spread.

Donald Trump has withstood what I feel is the hardest anti campaign pre-nomination that has ever happened. Relentless and not from the DNC but his own party. The outsider wants in and the kids still will not let him on the ball field....
