I'm very interested in UFO stuff and one of the first websites i stumbled across was UFOarea
Some of the stuff on it seems very very weird though, such as talk of Germans living in antarctica(!)
Does anyone know anything about the reliability of this website?

So far as serious UFOlogy goes...
NICAP, MUFON, and CUFOS (and today, NIDSCI) are the most respected UFOlogy networks. They actually have volunteers who go to UFO incident sites and
do investigations (take soil samples, interview witnesses, etc.). They've all lasted for several decades precisely because they don't merely
forward internet gossip, but actually go out and dig at stories.
of the above, MUFON has the best website when it comes to breaking UFO reports, NICAP has some great historical summaries, and CUFOS is more of a
research institution (though its website isn't updated that often, it publishes International UFO Reporter, which you can order from their site, as
well as many other well-documented books on UFOS).
It's good to check what they have to offer, because we, too often, become transfixed in UFO incidents from the past ten years or so.. while much of
the best proof for the existence of ET operated UFOs comes from decades ago.
