I remember as a kid really liking chicken hearts....I would steal the one in the chicken soup.
Gonna have to save the ones I get from now on...until I can make a meal of them....well, maybe an appetizer.

And, maybe I should talk to my butcher

I like chicken hearts. I used to eat them plain.

Gizzards are great too, they make great stocks for gravy, etc.
