Do you honestly believe I'm reading that over and over again? Really Rick.?

You didn't say how long "days" is. As in they will interview her within days.
30, 60, 90, 365, 10000....
It's been 20. In my circle we call that weeks. Soon to be month.
Days? Is less than 10 then it becomes weeks.

Every President signs that... no wonder they call you silly. lol lol lol

That executive order has been around since 1947.

There has been no significant change to the way classified information is created and handled in a long long time.... some minor adjustments to deal with developing new technologies, but the core of the order has not changed very much.

You also have to remember that the National Security Agency has a big role in determining this outcome. The NSA is reponsible for the safeguarding of classified information and they dictate how it is to be protected, transmitted, stored, etc.

Hillary has violated just about every single rule NSA has for handling classified information.

A little more on the HRC astroturfing campaign:

In response to these attacks on supporters and superdelegates, Correct The Record is launching the Barrier Breakers 2016 digital task force. While Hillary Clinton fights to break down barriers and bring America together, the Barrier Breakers 2016 digital task force will serve as a resource for supporters looking for positive content and push-back to share with their online progressive communities, as well as thanking prominent supporters and committed superdelegates on social media.

Correct The Record will invest more than $1 million into Barrier Breakers 2016 activities, including the more than tripling of its digital operation to engage in online messaging both for Secretary Clinton and to push back against attackers on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram. Barrier Breakers 2016 is a project of Correct The Record and the brainchild of David Brock, and the task force will be overseen by President of Correct The Record Brad Woodhouse and Digital Director Benjamin Fischbein. The task force staff’s backgrounds are as diverse as the community they will be engaging with and include former reporters, bloggers, public affairs specialists, designers, Ready for Hillary alumni, and Hillary super fans who have led groups similar to those with which the task force will organize.

Lessons learned from online engagement with “Bernie Bros” during the Democratic Primary will be applied to the rest of the primary season and general election–responding quickly and forcefully to negative attacks and false narratives. Additionally, as the general election approaches, the task force will begin to push out information to Sanders supporters online, encouraging them to support Hillary Clinton.

I came across an interesting nugget today:

FBI Director James Comey says the forthcoming Democratic National Convention does not represent a deadline for finishing the investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails.

Asked about the case today at a security conference in London, he said, "Somebody asked me if the Democratic National Convention is a hard stop or a key date for you? Are you doing this aimed at that? And I said, no.

"We aspire to do all our investigations in two ways -- well and promptly, especially investigations that are of great interest to the public. We want to do them promptly.

"I get that people care about this investigation, and so we're working very hard to ensure it's well and promptly. But as between the two, if we have to choose, we will do it well. But again we aspire to do it well and promptly."

Comey repeated what he has said before, that he is "personally close to this investigation, because I want to ensure that we have the resources, the people, the technology, and the space to do those things, and to do it in the way I hope we do all our work, which is competently, honestly, and independently. And I'm confident that it's being done that way."

I went ahead an used bold tags to emphasize the part I found the most interesting! I think this would mean they have those deleted emails, woot!

.... you are on a conspiracy website but yet you feel you have the right to dictate that Hillary conspiracies should held to higher standards than other conspiracies on ATS... I call that nothing but pure hogwash.

It's all held to the same standard on ATS...DENY IGNORANCE...

You are still confused between how you "feel" about Hillary and what the actual evidence shows...

Worse yet, you conflate the two claiming legal conclusions cuz you hate her...

You are dead wrong.... feel free to go through my 11 year post history and count up exactly how many times I have ever mentioned Hillary prior to the classified data scandal.

Hillary means no more to me than a pimple on my butt, how ever, any one who doesn't even know the very basics of handling classified information does not deserve to be the POTUS...plain and simple. I don't even post in political threads much unless it has to do with this scandal.

It's actually the other way around, if you would bother to look at this and substitute any politician doing the exact same thing.... you wouldn't even care.. but I would be all over them the same as Hillary.

EDIT: I have stated before and I will say this again.... of all the candidates running for president right now, I still feel that Hillary Clinton is probably the best choice. Unfortunately for her, I also believe that everyone is equal under the law, and she has violated numerous federal laws.

She made this bed, nobody forced her, nobody instructed her... and most unfortunately, nobody bothered to stop her.

Yes I expect Hillary Clinton to be recommended for indictment, along with several of her closest associates. But along with that, I think the FBI will give a very scathing review of the State Departments security policies and practices. Some of those people need to be fired as well. There have been so many breaches of just plain old security protocols that allowed this to even happen in the first place that there simply is no excuse.

You don't realize that the Executive Order is actually detrimental to Hillarys defense do you? You might want to read the part about information concerning foreign governments and being classified and then keep telling yourself that in 4 years as SoS, Hillary never once emailed a single thing about any foreign government or foreign official and that all of her emails were magically classified at some point after they left her possession.

Hurts you to read that doesn't it?

Her and her old pal Sidney Blumenthal were quite the chatty cathy's.... dozens of emails..... some of them deemed to contain classified information.... Ole Sid worked for the Clinton Foundation and has no security clearance whats so ever.

unauthorized disclosure

Sidney Blumenthal is right behind Bryan Pagliano in this mess..... except I doubt very seriouly ole Sid is going to get immunity...they already got enough on him from his emails to and from Hillary.

And the 19 something emails with obama!

Who, btw, read about her private server in the news.

Do you have anything other to contribute to this thread other than your continued snarky one line responses?

Care to talk about how "Obama's Executive Order" points out that information concerning foreign governments or information related to foreign governments may be born classified?

Oh wait... you have been an ATS member for a whopping 77 days.... averaging 20 posts a day...vast majority of your post concern Hillary.... I have my answer... nevermind.

LOL you got more posts in 77 days than I have in 11 years...and almost all of them concerning Hillary.... I need all I need to know about your motives. Don't they teach you guys to switch up user names once in a while?

I looked over the whole EO and didn't see anything about born classified. Can you say where in the order that is. Just the section where that appears will do. I could have missed it. Even though I read nearly every damn word ....twice just in case.

I've been here since 2008 .

Section 1.1. Classification Standards. (a) Information may be originally classified under the terms of this order only if all of the following conditions are met:

(3) the information falls within one or more of the categories of information listed in section 1.4 of this order

Sec. 1.4. Classification Categories. Information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security in accordance with section 1.2 of this order, and it pertains to one or more of the following:

(b) foreign government information
(c) intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology
(d) foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources

Took about four minutes to find and paste that...any other questions?

Leaves you where you started: Hillary is either 100% totally innocent, or Hillary never did any work related emails during her 4 years as SoS, and anything that might have been classified only magically became classified after it left her possession.

That straw you grasp is getting shorter.

Don't bother it's not in there.

Still waiting on a definition of "days" as in they will interview her within days?????

If you and I were lawyers my client would be free and you'd be on unemployment. You cannot simply interpret the law any way you like.

You know that born classified is a phrase, not a legal term. It simply means that some information is deemed classified at creation. Originally classified.

I know you know that and you are just playing word games.

Quit being silly (pun intended).

As for your silly days BS.... I said with in days.... if I said a couple of days... that means 2 days.... a few generally means 3...some generally means 4 or more..... days...means days.. Trying to pend down the exact day doesn't change the fact that the FBI is going to interview her.

You can try calling 1-202-324-3000 and ask them exactly what date that will be.

Executive Order 13526- Classified National Security Information

Clearly states that the US government considers some information classified when it originated, or originally classified. This information includes the ones listed above. Commonly referred to as "born classified".

For 4 years, Hillary and her associates emailed each other (b) foreign government information and about (d) foreign relations or foreign activities on an unclassified email server, in direct violation of federal laws concerning classified information.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I did not send or receive any emails marked classified."

2. As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications.

Hillary acknowledged in Feb 2009 that classified information may be marked or unmarked.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Intending to be legally bound, I hereby accept the obligations contained in this Agreement in consideration of my being granted access to classified information.

2. As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications

3. I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information

4. I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of classified information by me could cause damage or irreparable injury to the United States or could be used to advantage by a foreign nation

5. I understand that if I am uncertain about the classification status of information, I am required to confirm from an authorized official that the information is unclassified before I may disclose it

6. I have been advised that any unauthorized disclosure of classified information by me may constitute a violation, or violations, of United States criminal laws, including the provisions of sections 641, 793, 794, 798, *952 1924, title 18, United States Code; *the provisions of section 783(b], title 50, United States Code; and the provisions of the Identities Protection Act of 1982. I recognize that nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver by the United States of the right to prosecute me for any statutory violation.

7. I understand that all classified information to which I have access or may obtain access by signing this Agreement is now and will remain the property of, or under the control of the United States Government and until otherwise determined by an authorized official or final ruling of a court of law.

8. I agree that I shall return all classified materials which or may come into my possession or for which I am responsible.
