YOU STOLE that money from them.

No.
What is considered theft when it comes to digital piracy is when someone acquires the licenses to use said service/product illegally. Even if you pay for a digital service/product,you don't own anything except for the license of use.

You are being very silly indeed. The terms "patent" and "copyright" have completely different meanings, both by definition and legally. This is such an absurd argument I'm not even going to bother continuing. I don't think I've ever seen anyone double down so hard when so blatantly in the wrong.

All words have different definitions, and "patents" is applicable according to the only shared professional source so far, to "copyright".
Thank you for not continuing, it's been less than a pleasure.

Why not quote everything I said... Nice ellipsis.

Stealing, TAKING, SHARING intellectual property without permission...... IS STEALING. Just because something is not tangible doesn't mean you can't steal it

What are you by trade? Academic, in public service, student or business?

Answering your OP by not supporting your theory or views is not trolling BTW.

Sharing your massive collection of stolen porn is hardly contributing to society more than I. Steal away

When most people think of the levitating train they say oh those clever Japanese....WRONG!

Invented by an English man Prof Eric Laithwaite but he could not get funding in the UK to build it

Pending patents are illegally shown on the black market depriving inventors of their dues. Silicon valley is full of techno spy's who report progress and developments to competitors.

Essentially it is well known to those who work in R&D in western country's that Asia is the primary culprit when it comes to theft of intellectual property.

Pending patents are also made public by the USPTO.

Information should be free in the information age.

Knowledge is power

And when you give away your knowledge you give away your power.

Some of you might say oh well we should all share, I would agree if the output of each country was equal however if you go through a list of inventions you will see there are some who gave more to the world then others, and there are some who have given practically nothing.

You mean through intercepting patent applications submitted online?

No, All application are routinely published online unless the applicant specifically request for it not to be. Its not such a bad thing. It's free advertising.

The whole idea behind a patent is that if you share your idea then you are entitled to compensation.

I think Bacon was an awesome writer, he didnt get paid...

If its fiction, of course.. Fiction books should always get paid..

However, fact books, should be free.. is called fact books?

I write a fiction book. Mister X hacks my computer and downloads it and releases it for free to the world. I would have made millions. I now make nothing. OP is saying that is not theft.

are you for real? you might not of sold anything but now you might sell something due to the leak. its basically free advertising. anyway people need to stop arguing with this guy. he doesnt know what his talking about.
