Conservatives have NEVER been on the side of women, and Trump is not doing anything to change that.

What did hillary say about that punishment thing?

In fact, what has anyone else in the race said about it?

That it's ok that women should not be punished for doing something illegal?

Trumps mistake was trying to explain what he said.

A woman's candidate, how? Because he can marry beautiful young women. Because he gives women who are already successful and aggressive a place on a TV show. Because he gave his daughter a job? What about the losers. The grandmas raising grandchildren, the single mom who works two jobs, a raped 13 yr old who has to give birth. He thinks these issues don't happen because he does not see them.

I think you might find that he doesn't see a reason to treat women differently - that is why he is not in the slightest bit sexist and that is why he is the best candidate for women who actually know what equality is. I think a large percentage of women want the fact they are females to be taken out of cultural and societal decision making processes. because that is exactly what equality is.

All of these stories (although not many of them) about how he called a woman ugly, how he took a woman's house - none of them are related to the fact they are women.

"Sexism means discrimination against people because of their sex: anything unfair to males or females, just because they're males or females, is an example of sexism."

That is why the issue of abortion is a sexist issue. The punishment (that he said) and laws are directed at one gender or her accomplice, and Trump supports that.

Sorry that is rubbish.
Firstly men can't have abortions the last I checked.
Secondly, the issue does affect men, as fathers.
I do not recall Trump being asked about men forcing women to have abortions - perhaps if that hypothetical question was asked of him he may have given an answer on it that was directed at punishment for the man.

The current laws might be sexist but I have heard nothing from Trump that would lead me to believe he holds a sexist view on abortion.

Overall though the definition you posted is exactly what i am talking about - he does not use gender as part of his decision making process. In actual fact, those that scream about him being sexist because on occasion he has called a woman ugly or questioned her ability are in fact being sexist themselves. They do not scream so loudly when he has a dig at a man.

Spin it all you like, Trump is not winning over women. Even Ann Coulter, a truly horrible conservative, made the comparison that supporting Trump is like repeatedly bailing out your 16 year old son from prison. He's not doing well.

Like I said, just give him a mic, he'll hang himself.

Crumbling....yeah...that is what the MSM wants you to say. Anything else on the Cruz infidelity? Hillary's aid Huma? Kasichs ads against Cruz.

People are freaking out about nothing.

Trump did not think out the question asked of him.

He simply reacted.

As per usual.

Can't we just all agree that abortion is a horrible method of abdicating responsibility of parenthood?

Trump is still a better choice than Hillary or Comrade Sanders or that Canadian guy who looks like Grandpa on "The Munsters".

Exactly. A guy like that who habitually says the wrong thing first, and then after being educated, recants, does not make for a great leader. I'd rather vote for Bernie who has the foresight and guiding principles to always be on the right side of history.

I completely agree. Unfortunately, there are other reasons to have an abortion that are not horrible at all. In fact, it may be the most humane thing to do and those that choose that path bear responsibility for the rest of their lives.

I think you are as confused as Trump on the issue of abortion. Your post point is logically hard to follow. I saw the interview, I am not confused.

You may have missed the facts - Republican women are overwhelmingly in favour of Trump over Cruz and Kasich. They might be tough facts for you, but they are the facts.

No. Obviously we cannot all agree to that or this thread would not exist.

Fuehrer Trump is actually not better than Democratic Socialist Sanders. Possibly better than Snake in the Grass Hillary and I don't even know who the Canadian is you're talking about.

It's not a simple issue.

I am just saying that there is no logical argument to call Trump's answer to the hypothetical question sexist. Should women be punished for breaking the law? Yes, obviously. If you are not confused by the interview then I assume you have drawn the same conclusion.

Reproducing is the most selfish thing in the world. There is not one unselfish reason for having a child.

Choosing not to continue with a pregnancy you are not ready for is the most unselfish and responsible decision any woman can make.

Many LIVING CHILDREN already here are not getting the care and love they need. I think of them.

I guess we'll just disagree.

I just can see anything to celebrate when it comes to abortion. YOU might think it a good thing, I don't.

I think it's sad.

That's an interesting question, did Trump ever have a child aborted? If ever asked I can tell you he'll say no.

But I wonder... chances are if he did he made her sign an NDA and threatened to sue her, and God know what else, if she ever went public.

trump had 3 children with his first wife...she was quoted as saying she had had 10 pregnancies with him...he would never use protection or even pullout..he would just grab her any time day or night when the mood struck him....first time pregnancy happened she wanted the baby,,,he INSISTED she get an abortion ( had 7 total)

Celebrate?

Do you celebrate every responsible decision you make?

Or do you just make the decision because it needs to be made?
