Mod Symbols?!?

I've noticed mini symbols in some mods profiles 'Zedd and Banshee' just because i'm a curious person, what do they mean?

Why they're the symbols for the 2 houses in Romeo & Juliet of course.
Since we working from a theme, I tend to put in little things that add flavor.
