And according to you he should have bowed down to that crazy bitch and apologized to her? He should've went forward and pressed charges against her to real police. She is a racist bigot who harassed him, but to SJWs like you, apparently you don't see this as racism; you only see racism when it's the other way around...
I also find amusement that it has been called assault in this thread.

Dreadlocks aren't only from her culture.
A lot of other cultures had dreadlocks in their history including ancient Greece.

Do we really need more evidence of racism rearing its ugly head?
Truth is, everybody is a racist....its a part of our psyche....
Some can control their urges better than others that's all....what a crock of divisive crap.....
You are ALL racists.....its natural....the rest is all social engineering ....

It is California
Racist - check
Should she be fired - check
This only works in the real world , The left coast is not the real world. She will be hailed as a conquering hero.
Your question in itself is intentionally vague
I don't have an issue with black people that 'act white' they have to do what they have to do to be taken seriously in a corporate environment. Their supposed mimicry of 'white culture' is born out of survival and an inherent drive to better themselves and their position.
Your question in itself is intentionally vague but designed to railroad an answer within specific parameters. It's basically asking the same question you just asked but in a different way. I'm not going to substantiate this one either because again...not my words.

But as you mentionend, he can put on a suit, cut his hair and he will get a job.
......I guess with her behaviour and the video goong viral her career chances just crumbled.
I personally would not hire her for any job that requires social interaction.
Imagine her acting like this to a customer - that would be embarrassing and very bad for business.
