Stinger and SA-7 alert

NEIN is reporting that internet terrorist websites have posted instructions on how to operate MANPAD systems.

With all of the Lazer alerts over the past few weeks here in the states, this could be the terrorist trying to lock onto a target with a stinger!

12 January 2005: Most recent research of terrorist websites found that the terrorists have republished instructions on using shoulder fired missile systems on the Internet. The Northeast Intelligence Network has furnished the applicable documentation to US militarty and intelligence officials regarding these messages.
