Sounds like a line up of Batman villains.

It does, doesn't it ?!

I see a Marvel Comics movie in the making... there's money to be made off of this comic book fiasco, surely !

Agreed. Keep your 'sources'. I don't play cherry picking 'link games' with activists. IF you have a point, then articulate it.

You want to promote 'revolution' you may con the sponge-like absorbing youth that our education system is spewing forth, but you'll find this crowd not disposed to easy acceptance from some tenured Professor fearing failing grades from him.

Over a century old collection of 'solutions' from a virtual geriatric candidate promoting theft of funds from people who have earned to purchase votes from naïve children isn't my cup of tea, thank you very much.

Simply put socialism works fairly well regionally, perhaps state-size at the maximum=and only then if voted for by the majority. (Not unlike the smaller, somewhat successful nations of Europe)

We've seen the attempts and failures when enforced on those who do not want those solutions. It becomes oppressive, approaching a fascism.

I propose balance, those that want it can have it. Those that don't want it can do without. At the state level! Now there's real diversity for you. It's even built into the Constitution. the 10th covers it well.

Social conscience, social responsibility subverted in the political mechanism of control called 'socialism'.

If that's what your achieved in those years in academia, you have my sympathy.

No point discussing it with him, after all, 'you don't understand'. the arrogance, the hubris....the blindness is stunning.

But oh so typical.

How about starting your own thread listing all the great ideas Sanders has and his solutions to generally left run SNFU?
How about starting my own thread?

Really?
Brother, I've started MANY THREADS about Sanders. You have to pay attention if you want to come to these meetings.
le sigh

You should be appreciative of the fact that I don't waste time on Sander supporters threads. You haven't come up with a single comment yet on this thread that reflects a professional opinion, nothing but smear and 'revolution'. If that's is an example of your 'education', then all it does is re-enforce anti-Sanders sentiment.

Burgerbuddy: But Trump is worse than hitler and will insult some idiot leaders wife and the guy will start a nuclear WW3, right? Will that be before or after he deports 15 million mexicans ban all muslims and crashes the economy starting a trade war with pacific rim?

I KNOW: a scenario better than Dr. Strangelove (no missiles fired until one or the other World Leader (not so much Putin's bankrupt Russia NOW) insults the wife. He (Putin or the next POTUS) may still try to fire old ill-maintained very LARGE firearms and have them blow up as duds on launch. If Trump tries to deport 15 million Mexicans it may backfire because they may organize and declare war on the 360 million others legally living in the United States. Ban all *Terrorist* Muslims from entering our borders would make better sense. A true Trade War would be throwing automobiles and washing machines at each other.

We get a Canadian, a business tycoon, a socialist and a criminal first lady.

Correction:You got the Inquistor, the Clown, the Nice Guy, and the Succubus.

Sounds like a line up of Batman villains.

Fast forward 20 years; your imagined superhero to conquer these arch villains winds up being those same college students that needed psychological trauma 'counseling" after seeing "TRUMP" written in white chalk on benches or concrete stair risers.

Trump is rough around the edges. And he says things without nuance, generalizes and has been a bit wishy washy on some stances...but overall he's been CORRECT. And overall he's been honest.

The more I look INTO Cruz, the more of a scumbag he appears to me. I'm talking Grade A RAT Weasel. Almost at a Sociopathic level. He is a consistent spinner and LIAR, and he's obsessed with Trump...blames him for everything, and the other day couldn't even wait until the bodies in Belgium were cold before he tied the attack to something "Trump said" (about NATO)

Cruz is a low bottom dweller. And if the "Sex Scandal" thing is true, even ONE woman, I hope he goes down in flames with Glenn Beck.

They're both looney tunes.

If you can watch Ted Cruz for more than two seconds and not be repulsed by how fake he is then you need a wake up call.

He's at a very impressionable age...and kids pay attention to parents' moods, behaviors, hissy fits, and invented trauma. You'll screw him up for life if you don't stop it.

Mind your own business.

Typical lib, trying to tell other people how to raise their kids.

You have enough problems on your own.

Shut it.

Well, in his early career he was a very calculating person. (While he was an alcoholic)

He called up an opponents wife on air, the day she had a miscarriage, to mock her.

Other than that he's just been dead wrong on issues, everything is central to "God" or his Mormonism, his show and website are hacky, he makes crap up about people just like Ted, thinks Ted is "anointed' by God, and acts like an Evangelist more than a political figure.

How different from other 'shock jocks' Howard Stern or Don Imus shenanigans during this same time frame?

Who told you this; you must believe everything one person tells you? It is parts and particles of ALL BOTH divided/combined that make the best sense. Take the bits and pieces of all of the best parts of two opposites and MAKE SENSE OF IT as a potential whole/agreement. You might sleep better.

And for months he's been going off the deep end about Trump. I stopped listening to him when he started it

and yes, talking up Cruz like he was the second coming.

Cruz, a 1 term senator. Seriously? Again?!

Trump for me.

The 'second coming' is/as your conjecture; subliminal thought (you fear it and so intimated it). Cruz wins the nomination!

I'm not your "typical lib" - I'm actually a Masters-level professional in child education and development (prenatal through adolescence), brain-training, and Family systems. I know what I'm talking about.
But, since it's not really on topic, I'll honor your request. I have done local and national conference speaking about this very topic, and worked as a parent-educator (educating parents who were interested in NOT screwing up their kids) for years. Go ahead and screw him up, then. Just wanted you to be aware. Plus, I wasn't even talking to YOU - I was talking to his mom, who rants about losing all of our rights in a ridiculous fashion.

Typical Cruz supporter doesn't acknowledge expertise, and spreads hysterical LIES. Disinfo.

Apropos of nothing, do your support Cruz's attempt to Federalize home schooling? The reason I ask is my daughter home schools her two children in Washington St..

It was and is an eye-opener for me to see these kids flourish sans the stress of the usual system.

P.S. A Doctorate or certification is required for home schooling in Washington.

If she's qualified, that's GREAT! More power to her! I thought Cruz said he wants to do away with the Dept of Ed. Doesn't that mean it would be left up to the states? Washington State is a great place - they want Bernie.
