I lived in Italy for over 3 years as a teen, graduated high school there.

They use a knife and fork to eat their pizza (if it's a large slice).

I've done it myself.

Mountain meet Mole Hill......

I eat it with a fork...so does my wife....and all the pizza restaurants (inside) serves them with metal knives and forks.

We don't eat every piece like that....just the slices too messy or too hot. Its normal

I get bummed every time a burrito is so sloppy that I have to eat it with a fork (especially a 'wet' burrito). Just doesn't seem right, but sometimes it has to happen.

Well, whenever I've eaten pizza in a restaurant, I've used the cutlery.

Looks a bit chavvy to me, people shovelling massive wedges of dough into their fat gobs.

Best left for when you are sitting on the sofa at home. I think.
