Maybe across the pond. But back as a kid when MTV still aired some music videos. The network started airing "The Young Ones". Been hooked ever since. Love the stage performances as linked above.

Perhaps I shall pull out the DVD collection to watch tonight.

he was brilliant! rewatching early comic strip presents episodes,him and ade's comedy still stands up. bottom was a favourite while growing up. legend!
