New-ish building at Base Camp (Nevada)

Before anyone feels compelled to write "What is Base Camp", here is a link.

Looking at Base Camp on the Terraserver and Google Earth, I noticed a new (sort of) building on the business side of the base.

The building is located at
38°18'38.33"N 116°16'44.56"W .

Based on dates of imagery, a concrete pad for the building showed up on 8/30/2011. By 7/9/2013, the building was there.

My excuse for missing this construction is there was so much activity on the housing side of the base that I wasn't checking the other side.

They put in a new well in 2013. The interesting thing is the contract links back to Hill AFB, which is also where the Janet aircraft are "owned."

The document lists Hill AFTC, as in Air Force Test Center. The AFTC is also the parent of Edwards AFB and through detachment 3, Groom Lake.
