Trump: If He Wins - What's the Worst Case Scenario?

World War 3 ?

Worse case scenario, is our international standing and relations go down and he gets us caught up in a quagmire like Syria and kills another thousand of our soldiers that shouldn't be there.

When I say international standings, I mean our talks, conferences, negotiations with Russia, China, Germany, Mexico, Iran and North Korea, Japan to name only a few. I think he lacks tact and shows an unwillingness to negotiate. With Russia for example, we're basically equal in standing in the world. You don't just walk into a conference with Putin and Merkel and the leaders of China and insult them and demand concessions because your ego demands it.

As has been mentioned before, he's not a Great business man. He understands negotiating from a position of power, he knows the players and the terms, but there is nothing he has done in his past that would show he'd be any better for our economy than Obama or Bush. Many indicators show he'd be much worse. He knows how to back out of a deal and file for banktruptcy.

Thirdly, he's divisive. Many on here say that Obama is divisive. He's not, especially not compared to Trump. All of his actions and words show that he'll drive a few spikes right down the middle of our race relations.

Fourth, maybe I'm wrong with my analysis and we get Hillary Clinton light. A rich republican with liberal leanings.

He becomes like Hitler and Stalin combined, eats babies, turns us all into vampires, blots out the Sun, kills every animal, builds a Death Star and open the gates to Hades.

Not all Muslims are living in desert nations, water shortages around the world is usually down to economical reasons but anyway everyone should have water more should be done to assist nations in aid and technology, quite frankly I find your comment kind of sick.

I'm pretty sure tampering water supplies is counted as a crime... Even in times of war.

First of all that wasn't my plan.

Second of all, I was making what I thought was a pretty obvious joke.

I don't live in fear of much. Mostly just the fear of stupid people and xenophobia taking over everything which is a very legit and real fear to actually have I think as it's happening already.

Nothing will change if Hillary, Bernie, Cruz, or Trump is elected.

We still have 535 jerks in congress who will do what they want to do despite the will of "the people".

The election is simply who do you like best out of the 4 candidates running.

Taxes will increase. Freedoms will decrease.

Government will get bigger.

How extreme are these views - and should we be worried to that extent?

What is bad for you might be good for me. A Gridlocked Congress is similar to having no government for awhile. I think that is a good thing. Many would call gridlocked Congress an evil.

The worst that can happen is that the Conspiracy (if there is one) rips the guts out of the world economy by way of financial collapse, because they can blame it on Trump.

Or the big war for the same reason.

Everything taken at face value, Trump will cut the government by as much as executive orders will allow. The Wall might be good for the economy while the fired gov workers are job hunting. Maybe that is most of the reason for it. Congress is the wild card, a lot more of the economy will be freed if they can work with Trump to shrink the gov.

Actually the world likes and respects Obama. It's mostly Americans who hates him.

Most of the world doesn't care who the President of the USA is. They never have, and it's unlikely to change.

Obama has cuddled up with US opponents (Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, etc) and spurned US allies (Britain, Israel, etc).

Obama's policies have set the Middle East on fire. His policies have emboldened Russia and China militarily.

That's what the world leaders have seen, who are paying attention.

If Trump wins, the worst case scenario is that the right goes absolutely insane when they realize they just elected yet another leader who isn't a conservative. Trump has always been a pretty liberal guy, and that would likely continue. The real issues are where he might remove some press freedoms and oppress a few minorities. He would also almost certainly start a long war that we can't afford. If you're a normal middle class white person though, you would probably get it pretty good with expanded social policies and better paying jobs.

I fail to see the correlation. Besides that, if I feared them I wouldn't call them out. I'd just sit quietly and not bother them.

In this case though I think it's more that I just don't really like some people or their BS and that's why I do it.
