Sanders: The concept of superdelegates is 'problematic'

So give me all the Superdelegates! He should say that they are problematic to him.

"[If] it appears that I am the stronger candidate against Trump, I think you're doing to see some superdelegates saying, 'You know what, I like Hillary Clinton, but I want to win this thing. Bernie is our guy.'"

Sanders only joined the dems to get exposure, and now he's trying to get the party establishment to back him because Trump.

Let's now talk about how ridiculous it is to say he will be stronger against Trump, while he is getting punked by Hillary. She's getting all the votes, so she must be weaker! Polls schmolls, if Hillary is kicking your ass already, do you really think all the Sanders supporters are going to vote for Trump over her. Arguing about his viability as a reason for the supers to flip is ridiculous while he's getting spanked by his own base.

If he wins the state, he should get the superdelegates, if he doesn't win the state, superdelegates are problematic. K Bernie.

He's basically saying he doesn't like the superdelegates, but that they should all vote for him because some very far out polls see him performing better against Trump.

He's still going to get demolished even if the superdelegates vote with their state. I don't think he understands that he's losing... It's Alzheimers. The point of superdelegates is to protect against some crazy infiltrating the party. Which is exactly the situation we're in. A crazy socialist switched the little letter next to his name to capitalize on the Democrat's base. So why should the superdelegates support him? He's not a Democrat.

All this says about Sanders is that he s loyal to his wife and sticks with her through thick and thin. Pun intended, but no bad trait i think?

Seems to me hes the only real person out there if wed judge on husbands.

The thing I thought was odd was how last summer Hillary got about half those super delegates to make pledges to vote for her. Out of 700+ supers, she got 440 to pledge to her during Summer 2015. That was before a lot of her scandals were revealed. Doesn't seem fair that they can't back out of the pledge.

Sanders would not be whining about super delegates if he had more than Clinton.

Everyone knows this.

The problem for Sanders is Clinton is a stronger candidate than is.

If these super delegates vote for someone other than who the majority of their constituents want then they are robbing the people of what they clearly want and should be voted out themselves.
Both side make and change rules that end up screwing the people of this country.
More people needto wwake up to this fact and stop voting for career politicians that only look out for themselves and the big companies that they own favors to.

Its kind of ironic that the biggest knock against Bernie is that he's always been broke. Plays right into what he is saying about our society, his place within it, and what ails it.

Although Im not fond of the prospects of a future with President Sanders. Although I AM thinking about some Colonel Sanders for lunch.

Get a bucket of extra crispy. We could delegate it out to everyone. That would be super.

I don't agree with Super Delegates as far as voting blocks go.

However, they do what they are made for and that's protect the party.

Sanders isn't a Democrat so why should a delegate vote for him? He knew he wouldn't win as an Independent so he ran as a Dem. Granted he hasn't done anything independent during his tenure and has sided with the Dems throughout his time in Washington (a duck is a duck and all that).

Sanders used the party apparatus he was able to gain a stage during the nomination process. He should have been aware that the Party as a whole wasn't behind him.

What he needs to do know is go full Independent and get the required votes to his new party (CPUSA) viable during the next election.

Or he can lay down for Clinton like he's been doing for the last eight months.
