Lol, the mom would be super upset...it's hard to tell the size of the mom and dad on the camera but Eagles have a wing span between 6 and 7.5 feet.

Wow, thats huge! Its really hard to imagine for me how big the nest really is.

I saw a hole in the egg a little while ago! Couldnt grab a screenshot though, Dad was moving the egg around, happened too quickly but I definitely saw it!

Just wanted to give this a bump.

The babies are out walking around, if anyone wants to check them out.

The Easter egg hasn't hatched as far as I can tell.

Looks like the kids don't want to sit under mom today.

I'm also beginning to have some doubts about egg three.
But we'll see.
Maybe a late bloomer.

Hi Tom,

I believe the incubation period is up to 40 days.

So I think we still have time.

I was watching the feed blog, and someone zoomed in and thought they might have seen a crack, along with a beak.

I did see something, but not sure if it was just a piece of dirt. But it did look red in color.

Fingers crossed.

Just wanted to add. (and I don't mean to be a debbie downer) But it is better to have an unviable egg as apposed to a sick and dying chick.

Been there, seen it. It is not a happy thing.

still no news, just cant get a good look at the egg, its either hidden or facing the wrong way
apparently the first crack happens at the big end of it and thats just not facing the camera
waiting patiently here

Good day to everyone.

I think the nest will only have two eaglets this year.
But I'm sure that they will provide some interesting viewing in the coming months.
My experience from watching this nest in previous years is it gets exciting.
Especially when they start walking out on the branches before they truly know how to fly.
The camera will pull back and pan on occasion to follow the action.
