Yes. In the end, if innocent folks are harmed, not good.
I meant, does anyone stand out as an instigator?

Lets hope calmer minds prevail.
Calmer minds are neither attending Trump rallies nor protesting them.

Still scratching my head over a 'demonstration' supposedly for democracy always seems to involve suppressing someone's free speech you don't agree with and attempting to interfere with someone else's right to peacefully assemble you don't like.

Yes, certainly as I observed... a few folks. I would not care to identify.

Calmer minds are neither attending the rallies nor protesting them.

Well....despite that not all is calm in the U.S....not all those attending
political events are crazed out. Passionate, yes.

Everyone is a little bit stupid (some more than others). It seems to be a feature of human nature though, that the more people gather the stupidity level rises. Not arithmetically as you might expect, but exponentially. That's how politics works.

I'd say it like this: even good natured folks know when the gig is up.

I'd say it like this:

The more folks gathered in one place, the more chaos is allowed to have
a greater influence, the less clear things seem to be in the moments of
exponential energy release.

Those who watch these events, and would wish to and do infiltrate them
to a political advantage should be held accountable.

The greater the chaos, the greater chance that more innocent folks; the
well intentioned folks will be entrapped by the surrounding
events. This is why those who would infiltrate such events
should not be protected by any means.

This would include those paying protesters.
A few big hitter names come to mind. Socialists, Soros and Socialistic Dem Super PACs...
Etc.....

Mcarthy was talking about Soviets and communism. Specifically. He was wrong. Very wrong.
The Soviet Union is gone. Communism failed.

Actually, we know that isn't true. Thanks to the Venona translations we know that Soviet infiltration in that period was more widespread than previously believed, though not as widespread as McCarthy thought. Then again, McCarthy wanted to expose homosexuals too.

The "protesters" should be happy the police were being nice. Every single one of them should have been arrested for Obstructing a highway or other public thoroughfare

"that's attempted murder, that's attempted murder" lol dumb ass women, how can it be attempted murder when the protestors were throwing themselves on the jeep?

Yeah, this was a mess..
They took "My way, or the highway" quite literally....

If you want to protest, you cannot do it in the bloody ROAD. Blocking traffic. I don't care how much you hate a candidate, you don't block a road. If someone was stuck in that traffic pregnant-going to the hospital, or in an ambulance in trouble, you ALL just killed someone possibly.

The ones in the road are Idiots. If you want to protest, you need to read the rules on how to do so.
The problem is, they don't lock them all up, and people see it, and think its ok, and won't get in trouble..
Law Enforcement should set a precedence--no, not beating up people--simply arresting all of them, and impounding their trucks. Not just three people..

Yeah, the funny thing is, these idiots don't even realize that they are not changing one single mind about Trump.

As a matter of fact, they're only fueling his popularity.

Self defeating "protests". Too funny!

The guy in the jeep? My hero. I would have done the same. Inch forward, hit the brakes. as long as you are moving slow, and you keep stopping, you cannot be accused of trying to kill anyone.

BUT the "protesters" can be charged with quite a few charges.

This dog and pony show is getting good!

if the left doesn't want to follow the law, not blocking public streets. The cops don't want to enforce the law, for whatever reason. It's gonna start that the law-abiding citizens of america, will have to start enforcing the laws. People armed with the 2nd amendment and zip ties are going to start Citizen arresting every single criminal who's blocking the street.

The conspiracy side of me, thinks that was the plan all along...

On Friday, I heard some dimwitted talking head activist on CNN say, "We're not denying anyone their free speech rights. Trump and his supporters absolutely have a right to their rallies. And we have a right to stop them."

What the actual #!?
This country has jumped the shark.

I guess they didn't read the rules either.

Stifling viewpoints you don't agree with by force isn't protest, it's an appeal to totalitarianism.

You just associated people that had a reason to march down the streets, people that actually were victims of segregation, to Trump protesters. You really just did that, wow.
