I didnt get that impression.

He said April 2000 and then 2002. Both mentions sounded very deliberate.

You need to listen several minutes before his April 2000 bit to understand the context.

April 2000 makes no sense. April 2002 makes sense, as the construction site was set up in May 2002.

He even says construction started almost immediately once a plan was decided upon (paraphrasing).

Starting at 54 minutes in, the insect talks about the 99 year lease that he signed. He stops short of saying how insane he was for doing it.

You know what Larry, everyone else thought the same thing, that it made no sense.

He also mentions the insurance policies but doesnt mention that they covered terrorist attacks. Wonder if he had an inside job "rider"?

At 55:30, the cretin mentions WTC 7. He tells us how the antenna from the North Tower hit WTC 7 and "started a fire". He then says "by the afternoon, the building just collapsed", gesturing with his hand that it pancaked downwards very quickly.

He skips a beat when he was feeding us this line of BS. And no mention of him deciding to "pull the building", how strange.

He sounds like a typical over achiever.
They never think about their own mortality.
After a certain point they have no need for more personal wealth.
Besides I'm sure it's all set up in an ongoing corporation which will outlast him. (maybe)

Calling him names like insect and cretin only belittles the sayer.
If he had the same get up and go as many conspiracy believers he would be a cashier at walmart, living in his mothers basement.

Terrorism clause in policy was required by the people putting up the money (GMAC, later known as ALLY Bank) - you dont
think Larry paid for it out of own pocket..??

He did like everyone else does when buying real estate - HE BORROWS THE MONEY -putting up only small fraction

The lenders want their investment protected in case of disaster, demanding insurance. Larry tried to cheap out opting
to buy only 1 Billion worth. Investors wanted 7 billion. Settled for 3.55 billion

As for terrorism - there was that little incident in 1993 (Feb 26) where terrorists set off truck bomb in parking garage
causing hundreds of million in losses. Investors demanded be protected in case of terrorist attack.

So you think "pull it" means to tell firefighters to leave the building ?

That is not what he said, but nice that you think it was!!!

Why would a building contractor use that term , which is used to describe completing destruction of a building, not to mention something that would not have been his call ANYWAYS, IF it was about the firefighters.....

It is most entertaining to see the ways in which you can justify yourselves, when Larry does not back you up!!

Why would he talk about the building being destroyed in 2001, then how he said he would rebuild as fast as possible, then jump back to April 2000 with getting plans, then go forward again to May 2002 when construction started?

April 2002 makes sense chronologically, April 2000 does not.

Maybe because in April of 2000 he made the plan
In Sept of 2001 they destroy ed the buildings
And
In may of 2002 they utilized the plans

Makes perfect sense
