Unfortunately, no.
I say unfortunately because I've always wanted to see one of truly large dinosaurs in person.
Something that big being alive and moving around... that scene in Jurassic Park hit me hard when I was a kid.

But these are just activating long defunct genes already present in the bird.
The large sauropods left no descendants, and the half life of DNA is far to short to survive to the modern day for those large monsters.
Even if they could be revived somehow, our modern atmosphere couldn't support them. Not the pollutants, but the levels of oxygen is lower compared to then.
