I don't agree. It would present a united anti-status-quo movement. Trump has already spoken about trade pacts being bad, and there is actually much common ground between them. If a .1%er teamed up with a Democratic Socialist - wow!!!
Did you see the thread about "the real Gordon Gekko" endorses Bernie?

If this happened it would be the signaling of Sanders betraying everything he has ever stood for.
Is that the general feeling among Sanders supporters?
Pros: none

This hypothetical came from a discussion on another thread...just a Conservative and a Liberal ATS member having some fun and attempting to find some common ground (however improbable that may be these days).
The title presupposes Trump (P) & Sanders (VP)...because, well...it's MY thread
Consider it the ULTIMATE anti-establishment ticket...and, yes, I know it will never happen...but just imagine...
What would be the Pros and Cons?
Would this unite their support...or would it destroy their support?
Suspend reality...and please share your thoughts.

See my above post.
I think Donald's "stage presence" is more an act than reality. And for him to team up with Bernie means he would LISTEN to Bernie. Trump has nothing to lose by working with Sanders. He seems, underneath it all, to be able to separate himself politically from reality-TV personality and be actually serious.
