Because that moment is real goal of "World Control". If you believe such a thing is even happening and it's not all just "cleverly evolved monkey chaos" that we just don't understand or control at all.

You figure there are billions of people on the earth and these billions have a certain social momentum and right now that that social momentum is heading in a direction where nukes in space are unacceptable and it takes time...years...to redirect that momentum to a point where people will gladly accept, if not demand, that these weapons (which are probably already up there) be put in space. And it looks like TPTB are already more than four fifths of the way to their goal.

And fourth on the list working up to the ultimate goal of weapons in space...asteroids. But we can't be afraid of them if we don't know about them so they've ramped up their efforts to find them and in the last nine days alone they've observed 45 previously undiscovered near earth objects. And of course the only way to protect us and a good way to get us used to the idea of nukes in space will be to, from time to time, put a nuclear explosive on a probe and nudge the hazardous asteroid into a safe trajectory thus saving humanity. Nothing permanent of course, just the occasional single use nuclear armed probe is all. Look up NASA''s Asteroid Defense Plan. It's already in the works.
Now we're down to the very last of Von Braun's false flag global threats....the extraterrestrial threat from space. And once again the only way they can keep us safe from this threat will be to station an arsenal of nuclear weapons orbiting the earth...facing OUT of course as per Ronald Reagan...and then and only then can we be safe. This should be interesting.

I just realized my title is all wrong...it should read "We're on the third one then just two more to go"...with the third one being rogue nations, which may very well turn out to be North Korea. And as for the fourth, "asteroids", Apophis will be coming this way in the near future with impact entirely possible.
It would seem the plan is moving right along.
