I believe that JW has also filed a FOIA lawsuit for the 30,000 deleted emails if they are recovered.

That will turn out very interesting to see how that one plays out as well.....if one single deleted email that is deemed to be work related and should have been turned over.... out of 30,000+ emails... you only need 1 work related found, then I would think that would force them to open the recovered emails under FOIA requests. Not a lawyer by any means, but I would take that bet that at least one out of those 30,000+ would be work related.

She was selected as the Secretary of State and held an office of great power and esteem. She left behind a smouldering pile of dung that is totally inept and needs to be flushed from the top to the bottom. Helluva of a thing to describe on your resume for President.

Its because of Cinton / State Departments actions to not comply with valid FOIA requests that resulted in Judicial Watch to be granted discovery by the court, allowing them to interview those involved.

The more evidence that comes out, the more it looks as if that server was set up to provide an off-the-grid means for those two worlds to interact.

Take Bryan Pagliano, now reported to have received Justice Department immunity in return for talking about his email services rendered. Mr. Pagliano has long ties to the Clintons.

Do we know if it is full or limited immunity?

The State Department paid him, but a Clinton official confirmed to the Washington Post that the Clintons paid him in addition. Mr. Pagliano did not report that outside money on disclosure forms—as he was required to do. And the State Department claims to have been unaware that Mr. Pagliano was getting personally paid by the secretary of state.

So Pagliano was, it seems, double dipping.

Huma Abedin at one point worked for the State Department, the Clinton Foundation, Mrs. Clinton and a private company tied to the Clintons—all at the same time. Cheryl Mills worked for Mrs. Clinton at State while also holding a position at the Clinton Foundation. Sidney Blumenthal secretly assisted Mrs. Clinton at State (unpaid), while on the foundation payroll.

While in government, Ms. Mills was paid by an outside entity to negotiate with a foreign country (the United Arab Emirates) that had donated to the Clinton Foundation. She was also among those who reviewed Bill Clinton’s speaking events.

Abedin and Mills seem to be deeply embroiled in the Clinton Crime Syndicate's schemes and should go down with the rest of them.

We recently found out that the State Department’s inspector general issued a subpoena to the foundation last fall, demanding documents about projects it engaged in while Mrs. Clinton was the nation’s top diplomat. That subpoena specifically asked for records related to Ms. Abedin.

Looks like there is more than one witch to be brought to the stake...

Foundation cash after Russian mining approvals. More than a dozen speeches by Bill to corporations and governments with business pending before Hillary’s State Department. Dozens more donations to the foundation from companies that were lobbying the State Department. Checks to the foundation from a Swiss bank after Secretary of State Clinton solved its IRS problem. An email to Ms. Abedin, while she was at State, asking for help winning a presidential appointment for a Clinton Foundation donor.

Fox again. Isn't it curious that Fox always has these " intelligence sources close to the investigation" giving them information but somehow none of these people have names. That law about not having to reveal sources serves that media network well.
Meanwhile back at the farm FBI and DOJ haven't released any information on the investigation so this adjective "devastating" isn't exactly official anything just another republican trying to stir the waters up.

Look...we all know your tactics....

Nothing is proof unless someone can provide you with the classified emails as evidence.... pretty safe position to maintain considering you know they can't release the classified emails. I can take the same position and demand that you provide me solid proof that Hillary will not be indicted... you can't do that either.

Hillarys server was legal... why yes it was,,, but only for unclassified... every single piece of unauthorized possession of classified information can result in multiple charges.. every single one.... what are we up to now? 22 TS and who knows how many Secret out of the 1500+ other classified emails.

Hillary is not under investigation,,, her server is......... TOTAL BS... Hillary is definitely the target of this FBI investigation whether you want to admit it or not... again, you will not be able to understand this basic concept if you have a shortage if common sense.

And don't forget to say you really are neutral on this matter so when Hillary gets busted, you can save grace.


PS: All this big news about the classified stuff is only a filler......do not focus your fight solely on the classified email issues, or you will miss the sucker punch that comes in from the left on the other various charges. They won't prosecute Hillary on the classified stuff unless they are forced to... trials dealing with classified material are notoriously difficult to run simply because of all the regulations involved. IF they can slam her on something that will put her in prison other than the classified stuff... they will use the classified violations as leverage in sentencing on other charges.


PSS: Every one has opinions,,, we all know this.

Two people see Jesus walking on water......one would argue that it is a miracle to see someone walk on water... the other would argue that his walking on water is only proof that he doesn't know how to swim.
