US forces have been preventing almost 300 truck drivers from crossing the border into Syria after unloading their shipment in Iraq.

the border iraq-syria is controlled by u.s. forces,
still u.s. forces dont let the trucker go home,
after a long humanitarian journey to iraq.
but these drivers are beeing held by u.s forces,
thinking they are connected to truck-bombers in baghdad.

The Arab Organisation for Human Rights (AOHR) in Syria said on Tuesday that US forces have continued to prevent the 288 truck drivers from returning home for more than a week.

"All these drivers have done is drop goods off in Iraq and they now want to make their way back home, but they are being prevented by US forces," said Radun.

"Whenever we talk to the Iraqis, they say speak with the Americans. When we talk to the Americans, they say speak to the Iraqis. No one is answering us"

Man, after reading the link to that rock solid site you provided I am now certain there isnt anything else to the story. Imagine, the US just keeping those poor, innocent people from returning home to thier families.

Funny, the site didnt mention anything about how many trucks that have been stopped that DID have weapons and a explosives in them. I guess because Aljazeera doesnt report that part of things they cant be true then.

Those poor poor innocent people being oppressed by the evil empire. None of them were doing anything wrong of course...
