At the risk of sounding morbid. The only two things stopping her is the FBI and the Grim Reaper. I think the Grim Reaper has better odds. She doesn't seem to be doing all that well.

That's not looking very likely at this point. An indictment that is.

Don't hold your breath.
He didn't take the 5th because he did anything fully illegal...He took the 5th because he thought it was a witch-hunt and he would be dragged into the election nonsense.
They gave him immunity in hopes he has some bombshell to share...but Donuts to Dollars it will be pretty damn boring nonsense.

Im waiting to comment further. but it is weird to grant immunity IF there was no wrong doing right? And was that a comment directly from him or just speculating?

Normally yes...it is weird to demand a grant of immunity or declare the 5th if you have nothing to hide...but when politics are involved and congressional hearings and such...and the sense that someone is going to get nailed to a wall no matter what....people clam up quick on lawyers advice...a grant of immunity does not mean he was hiding a crime, but rather a promise that they wont's crucify him and he can speak freely etc..
That is my sense of it having lived long enough to watch plenty of congressional hearings..
Rarely does declaring the 5th or getting immunity amount to much.
