They are still stacking the charges. Each violation has numerous elements to meet. There is a plethora of violations they are still pulling off that illegal server. Plus the release from the DOS. Then it is a match game with the Secretary of State position amd the corruption bag of tricks with the Clinton foundation. Grab your popcorn, this traitor will probably get the Martha Stuart suite, but if the Dept of Justice doesn't move out on this or is interceded by the POTUS, it completely eradicates holding anyone accountable for breaking federal law.

James Comey also played a significant role during the Bush administration when he was with the DOJ.

Hillary's server became illegal the second the first classified information landed on it. That is an undeniable fact.

If she set up her server to specifically bypass government oversight, then it became illegal the second she decided to go that route.

Claiming her server was perfectly legal simply because no one at the State Department told her she couldn't do it doesn't make it legal or the correct thing to do.

For her server to handle classified information, it would have to have been stored inside a SCIF accredited facility. It never was.

Not to mention the secret service did not interfere when Bush's daughter was arrested for drinking alcohol in a bar at the age of 19.

She will cop a plea.
