This Chronovisor probably existed, but was developed by Enrico Fermi and Werver von Braun and others for the US DARPA projects. They not only used this but Tesla technology recovered from his secret notes that were confiscated by the military at the time of Tesla's death (1943). By 1965-70 these were functional technologies. Extensive first-hand info is available from Andrew Basiago, who was a child participant in teleportation and time travel experiments from 1967 to 1971 (I believe I have those dates correct). Later devices actually permitted a limited ability to physically travel to the past or future moments for a period of time. Basiago reported once going to New York around 1890-1900 and spent three days there, yet the machine operators said he was only in the field for 15 minutes. They tried using several kids to witness the assassination of Lincoln, but each time the results reported were quite different. They finally cancelled this program and technical approach because information obtained was not reliable, since it seemed that they were "tuning in" to different timelines in the multiverse. Jane Roberts' Seth material talks about multiple alternate probability timelines that diverge from events due to free-will changes that participants have. The timeline that ultimately is experienced is the one that all participants agree on. This can explain why eyewitness reports of real events can vary because different probable timelines were developing for different observers but they were quickly attracted back to the main "consensus consciousness" timeline that everyone agrees on, i;e;, the outcome. This is very difficult to describe and understand due to limitations of our 3rd density existence. As we move into the 4th density starting in 2012, we may start to understand these concepts. Basiago was sent to 2013 and saw the Supreme Court building in Washington DC under water, but on another trip to 2045 the world he saw was beautiful, like a pristine garden, and passers-by were all using Segways. The reasoning is that there were different timelines involved.

Late information that I have seen says that we (humanity) have already most probably averted a catastrophic 2012 timeline through positive consciousness and the belief that we'll soon have a better future. There may still be some Earth Changes to pass through and some may die in cataclysms, but we are all eternal souls and will return to this plane (or the 4D plane).
