Double jeopardy ...illegal everywhere in the U.S. except here on ATS where the trial / hearings / witch hunt never ends.

Oh and just because

over use of icons seems to be popular with this crowd.

Bill got stared down by that marine and had to cry like a little girl for security to come save his lying ass. Pathetic!

I don't actually bother watching these videos before commenting but what difference does it make now?

you could also view it just as well from the opposite viewpoint. That this was the truth before the mainstream propaganda came out with the lies.

And yet those hearings....

I don't see stripped pajamas or a number on her yet. Wonder why that is?

Oh yeah, because they found out....

That she did nothing wrong.

So you are convinced the video Hillary and Obama and Susan Rice claimed started the Benghazi attack really did?

And, the FBI and the IG are still investigating.

Hillary Clinton Was Warned Not to Blame Benghazi on Youtube Video

No not really a Trump supporter.

What on Earth makes you assume that?

Sure, you could look at it from that viewpoint, if you like to be misinformed and ignorant.

I suppose some people like to be misled and made to look like fools.

Obama and Hillary hesitated to act on the intelligence, 4 people died.

None of the nearly dozen investigations/reports actually came to that conclusion afaik and I've read a number of them. Maybe I missed something?

Let's not pretend that this guy was asking a question that hasn't been asked and he was silenced for it. There's been wars with less press coverage than Benghazi. He was asking a question, he lost his s#, had a chance to regain composure and actually receive a response — but didn't. I don't want ever want to see anyone drug off by security at a political speech and I don't want to defend Bill Clinton or his wife's campaign either but ya know... "compared to the other guy" ....

The truth that 4 people were murdered under Hillarys watch

"Benghazi was a spontaneous reaction as a consequence of a video" - Susan Rice

"We know that the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film, it was a planned attack - not a protest" - Hillary Clinton.

I wonder if you will actually watch these 2 vids, Hillary is up to her neck in subterfuge............

The entire Benghazi issue turned out to be a whole lotta nothing.
Other than a US Ambassador and 3 others being murdered and their bodies dragged through the streets for all the world to see, your nonchalant attitude in your comment here is most telling.

Just to keep things accurate, "only" the ambassador was dragged anywhere. The other three weren't.

Please note the quotation marks.

What does any of that have to do with your false claims?

Ahh, more false claims. There is absolutely no evidence that has been presented that anyone's body was drug through the streets. That was an internet rumor based on a crappy photo and video.

Quit spreading lies.

Let's not be selective with history-Yes Benghazi was a monumental screw up however it can't compare with the monumental Father/son screw up that was desert storm and desert storm two: Fallujah boogaloo.

If folk want to continue to highlight many of Hilliary's shortcomings, then maybe we should ask the families of the three thousand plus soldiers that have died since George Dubya declared a 'war on terror'-and that's the US alone. Damn right the Marine should have had gotten a straight answer (if he wasn't a plant), but where was the answers for the family members whose sons and daughters who died or were maimed while in the process of "liberating" Iraq?

This should not be a political issue-if anything it is a judicial issue and bringing it up when an election is just around the corner smacks of Negative PR, I assure you the dubious actions of Trump (if there are any) will be dug up as well.

You are correct, my apologies - it was just the Ambassadors body that was dragged through the streets for all the world to see, the 3 others were just murdered without the humiliating exposure that was reserved for the Ambassador.

I just gonna say --- I lived in a Marine town. I had a small business in this town.

Putting a Marine on a pedestal, just because he is a marine is nuts.

They are people first, and are as varied as all people are.

It did surprise me how young many of them were. It did not surprise me how indoctrinated they were.

False.

Our ruling

Ingraham said that the body of Ambassador Stevens was dragged through the street. We reached out to Ingraham but did not hear back.

After reading three government reports and independent press accounts, we find that Stevens, overcome by smoke from the fire, was brought to a Libyan hospital where efforts to revive him failed. To be dragged through the streets implies disrespect. There are no reports of public abuse of his body.

This claim was debunked long ago and the truth has been widely available. We rate Ingraham's claim False.

In another thread from today you're talking about how a guy wearing a t-shirt at a Trump rally and was escorted out by security was "stared down by Trump" and "went to a safe place" to "curl into a fetal position."

Here a guy is screaming into a microphone at a Clinton rally and gets escorted and it was because Clinton was afraid of HIS stare. I think you greatly overestimate the power of right-wing staring.

Perhaps we should just dispense with debates from now on in favor of staring contests? Somehow I think it'll lack the entertainment value!

Yeah that's good exaggerate what I said so it sounds ridiculous and ignore the fact that there was no wrong doing found in THIS case. Not 100% of cases but this one.
Our justice system my not be perfect I know that but it's probably the best we can do when we're dealing with human nature at the heart of it.
Of course we can always shoot first and ask questions later or perhaps behead and see what the rolling head has to say then.
Or we can accept that the best endeavor was made to establish the truth and we've gotten it. Not just from Hill but from every witness .
We should try to move on to issues that have not already been settled.
Lots of problems out there....

Your opinion, and that of Punditfact, is noted. In my opinion, the actual facts tell a different story.

But, we diverse, the other opinion I have is that Bill and Hillary are lying scum and I support the stance of the serviceman and the female ejected from the speech.
