Too loud!!! It can alert enemies. Talking about aircraft why isn't the Japs building stealth ones? Oh right US will steal the technology .

Uuuumm it is a Stealth demonstrator,first for the Japanese Defence Force.Taxi tests are usualy a precurser for flight testing..
