Absolutely. But for Christie to endorse the megalomaniac, Trump, after Christie seemed like a decent candidate when still in the race is, at least for me, a disappointment.

Sounds good but how is he going to convince transnational businesses to bring business to the US when they can get the same work done elsewhere for less?

Make lines between states disappear so we can have competition.

I can see that going down well. I'm sure the states and the people in them will agree without a problem.

Disallow common core nonsense so locals can get real honest control over the curriculum.

He takes with one hand and gives with the other. Given some of the bizarre nonsense coming out of local school boards, what can go wrong?

People should be cheering not bitch like an Liberal with words of fear and close minded thoughts..

Without comment.

If you have been following what has been going on in recent years in the USA you will realize that our political system is no longer working - The Right keeps moving further right and the Left further left - You have two political parties representing two different peoples living in two different countries - an untenable situation, which, if nothing else is getting worse and all of the other candidates will inevitably make it even more worse. So how is Trump any different ?

Trump: The Art of the Deal
by Donald J. Trump

Presidential candidate and former host of The Apprentice Donald J. Trump
reveals the business secrets that have made him America’s foremost deal maker!

Here is Trump in action—how he runs his business and how he runs his life—as he meets the people he needs to meet, chats with family and friends, clashes with enemies, and changes the face of the New York City skyline. But even a maverick plays by rules, and Trump has formulated eleven guidelines for success. He isolates the common elements in his greatest deals; he shatters myths; he names names, spells out the zeros, and fully reveals the deal-maker’s art. And throughout, Trump talks—really talks—about how he does it. Trump: The Art of the Deal is an unguarded look at the mind of a brilliant entrepreneur and an unprecedented education in the practice of deal-making. It’s the most streetwise business book there is—and the ultimate read for anyone interested in achieving money and success, and knowing the man behind the spotlight.

Praise for Trump: The Art of the Deal

“Trump makes one believe for a moment in the American dream again.”—The New York Times

“Donald Trump is a deal maker. He is a deal maker the way lions are carnivores and water is wet.”—Chicago Tribune

“Fascinating . . . wholly absorbing . . . conveys Trump’s larger-than-life demeanor so vibrantly that the reader’s attention is instantly and fully claimed.”—Boston Herald

“A chatty, generous, chutzpa-filled autobiography.”—New York Post

You see his political viewpoints are only of minor importance at this point - Because if a deal maker can not put the US
political system back together, and yes it is broken - we are all doomed anyway

I simply can't agree! Running the U.S. government and understanding the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is not just making deals or making money. We need a statesman, a gentleman, and a sensitive human being who will represent all of the American people, and who believes in equal protection of the laws. We need a person with ideas and viable policies as well as a person with an even temperament who doesn't think he is more important than his country or his people.

Donald Trump possesses none of the above characteristics or abilities. He is nothing more and nothing less than an egotistical racist buffoon, magalomaniac, and demagogue. He has no respect from America's world partners, and incapable of being in charge of our nuclear arsenal.

Donald Trump is the last thing America needs now or ever! Let him go back to his hotels and casinos and leave the business of running the country to others who know how to do so! To people like Gov. Kasich of Ohio or Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida.

Pfff. You're driving on the assumption that he's actually going to DO half the crap he's saying. You think egotism solves problems? Egotism keeps the wealthy elite on the top of the tower, because they honestly believe that they deserve their lifestyles because they're better than the rest of us. Egotism fuels nationalism and gives some false notion of 'right' to the wars being waged. Egotism causes a lot more problems than it can solve.

Maybe egotism from a man in boots on the ground might work. If there was someone running who's actually suffered in their lifetime, who's actually fought in a war, or at least who's had to live paycheck to paycheck like the rest of us. None of the candidates have the perspective to make a real difference, and the people whispering in the president's ear will steer him away from whatever attacks of conscious he might get during his time in the white house.

Alex Jones is supporting Trump because Trump has a familiar spark of passion in him, but it's not a spark of hope and liberty. It's passion, sure, but it's selfish passion. Trump is at the top right now because he knows how to play to the masses, knows how to rile up us freedom fighters with his charismatic touch and get us hollering "HELL YEAH, 'MERICA!" The same way Obama inspired the leftists in our country during his election with his empty promises of hope and change. Trump might even believe most of the stuff he's saying, but that doesn't make any of it true. It only means he's playing the hand he's dealt because it's all he knows how to do, and right now, that consists of talking up the patriots and orchestrating a possibly victorious election for himself.

OP, stop putting your faith in a president.

Presidents are nothing but a face.

Once this all crashes and burns, we'll all be back to demonizing every candidate as well as whoever becomes president. Their actions will speak louder than their words. They always do.

Mr. Trump's Business success history, speaks for its self. He didn't become a Billionaire by being stupid or lazy.
The fact that he is self-funding his entire campaign and his repeated promise to do for America what he did for himself, say's more than we need to know.

The MSM and Democrats are viciously attacking him. Why? Because he speaks truth and he says the things the average American has been screaming since 2007. He is not racist. He doesn't hate women. He doesn't want to ban all immigrants. Only the ILLEGALS. While still offering a LEGAL option for immigrants to come in (what is so hard to understand about that?)... But the MSM lies and tries to convince the people that every lie about him is true. They're all scared. Plain and simple.

It's over for the establishment. The Bush dynasty has been bumped out. The Clinton dynasty is next. Say hello to a powerful and prosperous America when Mr. Trump takes the Oath of Office in January 2017. And say goodbye to Obama, Hillary and their cronies when they all try on their new Prison jumpsuits.

Our country is broken literally in half. It is split clean down the middle between democrats and Republicans. This is because the political elite, with the MSM as their primary tool, has learned that playing to and manipulating the electorate's fears and misconceptions, rather than effecting real leadership, is the easy way to garner votes. Doing so leaves more free time for fundraising and backroom deals.

One way to fix our country is to force the two parties where all our politicians come from into somehow reforming themselves. And consistently voting for common sense centrist politicians, rather than these cynical old-school alarmists we've been keeping in office, would be one way of bringing about that reform with our votes.

If you are a Democrat, figure out who that centrist is and nominate that candidate. Us Republicans are stuck with Trump as the only non-politician centrist we have. There are only two other viable candidates, and one is a robotic puppet of the old elite and the other is a Dominionist lunatic. We can't read Trump's mind or predict the future, so we can only take him at his word.

The entire corrupt establishment is bent on stopping Trump and that should tell everyone something. Not everything, but that should get anyones attention who actually cares about this country and liberty. From the NYT suggesting he be assassinated to everyone else branding him a hitlerian monster, the entire corrupt system is freaking out about this guy.

Why do they really hate him so much?
1. Because they dont own him (my best guess). Ya hes a rich elite guy, but hes not one of their rich elite establishment guys (or gals). They have no leverage to control him.
2. Because he believes in national sovereignty, not globalism. I think the wall idea is really dumb, but enforcing borders is nothing but pragmatic and smart. The establishment is using wide open borders without controls to work to destabilize our country. Think Syria, but slower. They use the racism card to cow any opposition.
3. He seems honestly against bad trade deals. He opposes the TPP. Labor wont get outsourced as much, meaning less dependence on government. The opposite of what they want.
4. He wants to audit the fed. You know, the guys that misplacef a trillion dollars and hold the entire country debt hostage.
5. He has indicated he will expose any 911 truth he finds including the 28 pages of secret docs. The bush family must be freaking out.
6. The crazed pc indoctrination wont procede unchecked under him.
7. He wont engage in any wars that arent absolutely necessary, which is anathema to both dems and reps.

Now there are things i do not like about Trump. The wall, he will probably continue prohibition, his words on torture... But you know what? Obama did both of,those last two. And I am guessing the wall might be more metphor than reality. He might be a little protectionist, but that is not the same thing as racist. And lets be perfectly honest. There is a big problem with muslim immigration. Sure, some are totally fine. But others are hellbent on our destruction and will not reapect western liberalism. Isis leaders have said, they will use western immigration policies to infiltrate and attack us. Look at what is happening in europe.

Trumps opponents.... Cruz who is an,underhanded religious zealot, Rubio who is the standard establishment neocon of the Bush mold, Clinton who is a straight up criminal. And Sanders who wants to ban all non hunting guns and has a tax plan that will finish gutting the middle class and screw small businesses. (Just to list the top reasons against)

So maybe Trump will end up screwing us too. I dont know. I do know for sure all the other candidates will and i like some of the stuff Trump is saying. Do I believe he will do everything he says? Definitely not. In fact, my gut says he is the most centrist candidate running, no matter what he says. One thing he defiitely is though, is dangerous to the establishment of both parties, and dangerous to their corruption, and for that i think he deserves a serious look.

I agree that Clinton and Sanders are a disaster, and Cruz is totally unacceptable in my opinion. But I think John Kasich is the best candidate out there with Marco Rubio the next best. I'd therefore support a Kasich-Rubio ticket and hope the Super Tuesday results show a new trend in that direction and away from Trump.

My comments concerning Trump have been posted many times and those comments and opinions remain the same. He is a megalomaniac, demagogue, and racist egoist with a hair trigger temper. Trump also has a bullying and insulting style. He is not accepted by our friends and world partners, and he cannot be trusted with America's nuclear weapons given his dangerous temperament and lack of experience. Nor has he any policies for dealing with the issues of the day other than his ridiculous wall policy which, in itself, has become a late night talk show joke.

The Trump supporters that have bought into his BS are in for an incredible surprise! I'm astonished they haven't looked into his political support in the past.

It is coming down to this - You have Trump and his suppoters who, even if it is for selfish reasons, representing the United States and the people of the United States VS the Clintonistas [Hillary Clintom] and the Socialist aristocracy of England
who has yet to get over the Revolutionary War and still believe they should control the US - Convoluted conspiracy theory you say ? - I may start a separate post on this to make the case.

The Socialism of Bernie Sanders may be nothing more than a naive take off on the era of the 1960s when evey hippy may have been classified as a left wing Socialist - But the Socialism of Hillary Clinton is grounded in a solid old time Socialist conspiracy and the US constitution with its Second Ammendment hinders their agenda of creating a world of slaves to government control of all aspects of your life - The rights of individuals must be destroyed to fulfill their agenda - They will go out of their way to support Queen Hillary and stop that weird US Rebel Donald Trump

As I have said time and again, I can't stand Clinton but I truly just can't live with even the idea of the dictator Trump as President. I agree it is coming down to Clinton v Trump. A prior blog of mine said neither of them. That is still how it is IMO, but "no way , Jose, " to Trump period!!
