Heck, if I were male, I'd look uncomfortable too.

This picture kinda reminds me of stories my husband tells me of things his hippie girlfriend would do to try to get him involved in her activism and he'd agree because he's a male trying to get involved, not because he actually wanted to do them or was interested in her causes.

Therefore I can insist they're not...Why should the voice of those defending them be any louder than the voice of those accusing them? I believe they were being racist and you're now just using hyperbole to plant a seed that can't grow.

Why do you believe they're racist?

I see nothing aside from two kids in face mask. I don't want to live in a world where the default position is to automatically look for the racist angle. It's like a dog always hearing a whistle and I have too much to do to always pick over those bones.

I also sent my son to school in a black t-shirt today ... am I racist?

It's like you are ruling out the color black for people or something. Should we take black out of the Halloween face paint kits unless people can verify their authentic blackness of skin?

Even if it is technically racist, which I believe it is, technically since I too feel this was intentional, does it matter?

At the very worst what they're doing is kind of rude and only makes them look stupid, anyone feeding that has joined the stupidity.

Maybe they had innocent intentions though, and just maybe they were actually exfoliating, we don't know.
