Aside from this being Rush Limbaugh with absolutely NO corroborating evidence. The guy Andrew (no last name) never said he saw it, he didn't claim he was there and when asked if there were witnesses he didn't answer.

I think the caller Andrew is FOS or it is possible that his wife gave him a BS story for why she missed her plane.

If all it takes is a phone call to Rush's show to make heads spin, I'm almost tempted to call him up and keep ATS busy for weeks.

Sorry, this wouldn't bother me if these sorts of stories didn't incite an instant strong reaction, which is the goal with these stories and it won't even matter if there is ever a follow-up to confirm or disprove. People will only remember the story as being true, even if it wasn't.

I've done a lot of travelling and I've seen behaviour that deserved a punch in the mouth, not a boarding pass.

Curiously why would there be any corroborating stories anywhere? Its not like the airline are going to go public with it.....the only people that could corroborate the story are the ones involved...

For what reason would we hear from united about this ? There is absolutely no reason for the airline to make a public statement out of this....when you fly the crew are in control, you piss one of them off expect something nasty coming your way......

But I doubt it's true, there will be more to this story, like she was drunk and abusive towards other passengers or flight crew. She probably did say what she said about Hillary, but I bet there were other things said too....things that will rightly get you kicked off a flight. Hell I think just being drunk is enough isn't it?

Yes being drunk is plenty of reason to be denied boarding a flight, i just wouldn't be surprised if power tripping flight crew members overstepped their perceived level of authority and dealt out a punishment for personal satisfaction...
