*** Complaint Filed Against NASA ***
I filed several federal complaints with NASA Headquarters and other government entities concerning the electromagnetic energy used in satellites being
capable of picking up brain frequencies (the electromagnetic impulses of a brain). And still, there has been no acknowledgment from NASA. It has been
years that NASA has avoided their own terroristic problems.
The simple and basic principals of satellites involve electromagnetic energy (a form of radiation). Industries who deal with radiation detection agree
that it IS POSSIBLE for the electromagnetic energy of a satellite feed to pick up a brain impulse.
If an individual under a satellite feed (targeted) was to put a Geiger Counter over his/her head the Geiger Counter would (and does) pick a signal
from the frequencies (the radiation).
NASA. This is what I have requested in my federal complaints. Tell Michael J. Copps that it IS POSSIBLE. Tell Michael J. Copps that what NASA has
never told American's: With a target on any electromagnetic energy device, such as a brain, the electromagnetic feed does its job of picking up the
corresponding electromagnetic energy -- brain frequencies.
You "put a man on the moon", but you won't admit to the simple, basic principles of electromagnetic energy.
With an organization full of scientists, I believe you have experimented in this area before. I believe it is documented and you have never released
the information to the FCC, nor to the public. That's why I continue to file federal complaints against your organization. It is unconstitutional, it
is a form of terrorism!
If you say it is not possible, you go against everything NASA has been built upon. Scientific theory and the advancement of technology.
I understand your logic of ignoring my complaints to save the integrity of your organization. But it is simple common sense that I ask for you to
report to Michael J. Copps. The FCC has never been made aware of the possibility of this means of illegal communications, except possibly by myself
alone. Hell, you're picking up cellular conversations!!
Dr. Michael Kurtz (former satellite specialist of Goddard Space Flight Center) was a huge let down. I believed in his expertise with satellites and
trusted him to contact Michael J. Copps. Again, a simple question to a man of science... "is it possible?"
