Universal Awakening

These are just some thoughts I put together about my thinking of mankind and the universe and how it all fits together. Sorry if this isn't the right forum.

Universal Awakening
You started as something simple
You grew and changed as not to dwindle
You created creations which could create
Like a dreamer letting the dream overtake
Playing the music for an endless dance
Splitting and shifting into both an objective and subjective prance
Jumping in puddles from a quantum rain
Both to understand the numbers and the pain
Gifting yourself with the birth of knowledge
Each and every creation a part of a different college
Learn yourself until you know
You are part of the endless flow
You feel different...you feel apart
You did it on purpose...you knew it from the start
You feel distant...you feel separated
You did it on purpose...you left yourself fated
Your stars collide and you create anew
The paroxysms help you understand and accrue
Over and over knowledge is infinite
Until at last a part of yourself becomes vigilant
Wailing and wondering things such as why
Why must they feel this need to pray to the sky
Your creations scream in pain as they realize what is evident
They've been birthed with a conciousness into this endless revenant

A very creative and thought-provoking poem. I think it fits in nicely with this forum as it deals with philosophical, psychological and metaphysical themes.
