No, I think you misunderstood our conversation. I was not insinuating the SCOTUS judges are controlled opposition. I meant Plaintiff/Defendant when I say "both sides." And, yes, I am of the opinion that Obama understands that if you can rig both sides of a legal argument, you can affect the final outcome. Juries and judges don't consider that which is outside of the pleadings.

The whole "Scalia died while attending secret society gathering" meme is picking up steam and beginning to trend on FB.

It is interesting to watch how the story is being spun/defended against/ridiculed in a number of the obviously mind-numbed posters.

That much effort to discredit even the idea tells me all I need to know.
