I credit my mother teaching me how to read at a very early age for my evil super-genius capabilities.

I actually had books about being an evil super-genius (along with a 'CIA Improvised Field Munitions Handbook' and the usual chemistry and physics texts).

It wasn't until I was eleven that I discovered rocketry payload delivery systems, though.

What fun was had!

Reading, and Music Bacon and Alcohol.

Well -
those also - every Sunday we had BLTs after church, and there was never a shortage of alcohol - although we kids weren't given it, obviously.......

but the reading and music - priceless.........

Wonderful text. I am so glad for your kid. I am happy he found something he likes. And one bravo for you, for introducing the books to your child. Today parents forget to read a bedtime stories or any kind of stories, they do not even encourage childern to read. Instead , it's easier to let the kids play computer games, without talking with the kids. You are a good parent , and I wish you and your family all the best. Cheers!
